Bud's Cannabis Store

My girlfriend and I are In Ontario from Nova Scotia we have come here countless times since November 2021 (35 minute drive each way because it’s our favourite spot)and it was always amazing untill today. Clara at the door took our Nova Scotia Id and bent it as if it was fake looked at us as if we were stupid trying to fake our id and asked for second id. We showed credit cards and health cards and we were still turned down. If you don’t have an Ontario Id chances are they want your passport aswell. Terrible service today. Last time buying our weekly ounces here unless given a reason to come back

The place is extremely clean and tidy. Typical of cannabis stores, their products are on display and then you order at the till. The staff are quite knowledgeable on the products and can make helpful suggestions if you're new to consuming, like myself. They introduced me to the teabags and cookies, which turned out to be a good experience.

Been going here for awhile. Had my order messed up this weekend. Ordered a pack of 10 prerolls and they gave me a pack of 3. I didn't take my receipt from them and didn't realize I was given the wrong item until after it was too late. Really disappointed I had my money wasted like that... always double check your orders to make sure they get it right. I've noticed every single dispensary I've tried has eventually messed up my order and I never get my money back.

Devon is the most helpful guy ever. He’s so chill and really walks you through the process. This place is super great if you’re a newbie and they’re super welcoming. We are frequent customers!

Come and see the variety and choose what's best for you.*********************Hi after leaving the store and speaking with my husband I found out some things about cannabis packaging its packed at the perfect humidity then they tell you to expect a certain amount of weight loss while packaged and waiting for purchase, we have ended up with bags of dust because the cannabis producers forgot to put in the humidity packet or they just don't bother, which ever reason they use it doesn't matter because it's the customers who get messed up. I am prescribed cannabis for medical reasons and I can't afford my medication to begin with but now we may get an ounce for 140$ which is ridiculous, but at least the humidity thing was in it so we onlyblost a few grams this time.

Really pleased with the top notch customer service. For the first time a 510 has leaked and come apart on me. I took it in after a long day of work yesterday without a receipt but able to show my transaction with online banking. They replaced the cartridge wit no issues. I will continue to shop here!

First time in a cannibis store, and it was a very pleasant experience. Was greeted and because I was inexperienced in what I was out there the staff spent a lot of time going through options. I definitely would go back to this store.

Nice place and friendly staff! Happy that I switched from possably a grey market delivery service.... The bags of flower never had the little 'Cannibis tax sticker' .... so I don't know how that delivery service opperates. The flower I bought here was much better and only $15 more for the ounce.... lasts longer too.Thier online presence seems better and prices better than competing stores. I like that I can figure out what I want ahead of time and just drop by real quick to pick up. Thanks!!!

These guys are awesome! They replaced my cart when it got clogged and wouldn’t work anymore even though I had already used half of it. I am thankful I purchased it from them!
