An employee tried to scam me at this location.I bought the most expensive men’s coat in the store and an employee comes up to me after I paid and passes me a note saying “19% discount, don’t tell anyone in the store.” Confused, I tried to ask another employee about it and it became extremely awkward. The original employee who passed me the note, pulled me aside and said to meet him after his shift to return my coat and get the discount. I did not return.They also gave me an empty box for the logo snaps - which is what I am most upset about.

Beautiful Store in Downtown Toronto CF Eaton Centre. Great Jackets are available and Expensive.

Fantastic overall experience! I went into the store wondering what the jacket I wanted for 3 years would feel like once I put it on, and my God are these jackets comfortable! I was wondering which size would fit me best, usually I wear M but I was recommended to try L as I was going to wear a little more than just a T-shirt underneath. I had Shem assisting me with my selection process and he was very knowledgeable and experience in customer service because he knew the exact jacket I wanted and explained why a large size would be a better fit. He was very patient with me taking my time to decide on which one fit me better and looked better overall. I really appreciate Shem's attention to detail and overall he helped me make that purchase!10/10 for customer service and purchase experience!

This is a review for the brand not the specific store.Stay away from Moose knuckles. They do not care for their customers not the value they provide in service of their products. I had recently contact their support team to remedy an issue with my 3Q jacket. The color was fading in some spots. This is unusual as the jacket was not stained nor did it come into contact with any foreign substance. I am diligent with my care for the jacket and I get it dry cleaned after every season, in fact my dry cleaners pointed the issue out to me prior to the clean this year. When I email moose knuckles support they were quick to respond to my email that this was not covered under warranty and there’s nothing they can do to help me. They stated that I must have stained the jacket or my dry cleaners must have destroyed it during the clean session. They came to this conclusion without considering any of the information or details I provided in my initial email. They were quite curt with their responses and they did not even provide external repair options. I got this info only when I explicitly replied and asked for it.The whole customer support experience was quite disappointing and frustrating. I would have expected them to be courteous at the very least, owing to their market positioning as a more premium brand. This was not the case and I’ll be sure to convey this experience to everyone in my circles. This will unfortunately be the last Moose knuckles product for me.If you’re in the market and you care for customer service and brand quality in addition to product quality I highly recommend Canada Goose or one of the others.
