Unreasonable return policy. I chose to do some Christmas shopping at RBBH and after Christmas discovered one of the books, a republished classic, had typos and grammatical errors in it. I had to travel for a while and was caught out of town for nearly 2 weeks due to the snow storm and state of emergency. When I got back in town I got the chance to bring the misprinted book to RBBH and because it had passed the 30 days from purchase, they couldn’t do a return for me. There are better places to purchase books with more reasonable policies.
