Extremely slow service - charged for a sauce they don’t carry and then said they have never carried cheese sauce - had to ask 6 times for the order to be wrapped up for take out - had to ask repeatedly for hot sauce. Will never eat there again!!!!

Terrible experience, firstly they tried to charge me $2 extra for an item I did not want, I had to correct them on the item I wanted. The workers there seemed to not know there own menu because the man behind the counter was very confused what I meant when I said I wanted a burrito bowl, despite it being advertised on their menu directly above him. They assembled the burrito we ordered and microwaved the whole thing, lettuce included, which just made it a soggy mess. Also there was no option for customization of any sort, we wanted salsa on the burrito, which at any other taco time has never been an issue, but they completely ignored my request anyway.

Gave me frozen food. Manager Korean lady refused to make a new one… only will give a refund… so I got no food . Waste of my time

Beef burrito, $11, no problem, 3 little bits of grated cheese, Rip off! Never seen a company sooooo cheap! Worst taco time I have been to. I don't have an issue with high prices like $3.49 for a regular hard taco, but if your not going to at least make it right, Shame on you. Got maybe 3 grams worth of cheese!

Rude behaviour of spects ladyI shows hair in meal , we buy full combo and she returns only $10 then I ask fr full amount, she says bring back coke then only I will return full amount. Instead of sorry she argued, business not run like this.Never buy no cleaniness

Genuinely disappointed. Taco time isn’t a great place for tacos but this was sad. Recently I got me i fries and tacos, the tacos meat was so Bland and flavourless and dry. The lettuce was soggy even though I didn’t order sauce or anything to make them like that which makes me think that it was old, Even the hot sauce couldn’t recover them. I also saw them microwave my tacos which was a huge red flag and my Mexi fries tasted stale and were actually slightly cold in the middle and it makes me wonder if they were old and not fresh. nothing I got here was up to any standards or decent. Even Taco Bell is way better, definitely never going back here again

The most disappointing quisedillas I have ever had. I am not even going to say anything else. Please do not order any quisedillas at this place, it's the worst I have had to date.

Good service and the food is as good as taco time can get. When it's busy the service can be slow but overall this location is decent to eat at. Plus, lots of seating available in this food court.

The cashier was extremely rude. The girl preparing the food was showing me the size of the tacos and the cashier guy was like “Look at me. You have to look at me!” with an extremely rude tone.Terrible service.
