As a Freedom/ Wind customer since 2012 I was very impressed with the customer service we received from Sam and the great deal we got for a first phone!!This location is a great place to go to get a phone and phone plan !!Very Happy!

Like the service they provide here in this location. I have been there twice and both staff (Wimin and a young man but I forgot his name, though...) are very nice, patient and helpful. I also like their products and service. Got a very good plan that suits me a lot!

I signed up for Freedom Mobile because of the great plans they offer. I also wanted the new Samsung S9+. Unfortunately where I am moving to isn't quite in their area of coverage. I just want to say that Maddi, the manager, was awesome. She gave friendly, exceptional, second-to-none service. I highly recommend this location for your cell phone sales and service. You won't be disappointed.

I went in today and had amazing service from a girl in training , she was unbelievably nice and was great at answering all of my questions . She changed me over from bell to freedom in less then $20 minutes . They have amazing plans and great deals on phones , I wasn’t planning on getting a new phone but for the prices I couldn’t say no . I am extremely happy with the customer service that was given to me at this location.

Horrible customer service! I would give this 0 stars if I could! We got phones about 3 weeks ago my husband got a screen protector that they put on two days later it fell of his phone and broke we went back to ask for an exchange as it should of lasted longer than 2 days and from here it went down hill. She told us we could order new one which was great. She said wait 2-3 days. Nothing, waited a week went back in and they had no clue what we were talking about so ordered another one. Waited another week. Nothing. I called and left 3 messages they don’t answer the phone and don’t call you back. Today 3.5 weeks later we finally got his new screen saver for him to go in and get it and get accused of stealing from one of their employees smoking outside! My husband was in the car and the employee came up to us banging on my window asking who has given him the screen protector and was it the lady in the store and did he pay etc. I found this so rude. For someone that works in Customer service the first thing would have been to ask the girl in the shop what had happened not bang on a customers window accusing them of stealing a product! Not happy. We will be finding a new store to deal with.

Cheap plans, great service!Big shout out to Akshay who went above and beyond to help me. He was great with calling me to keep me in the loop on the phone I ordered, and communicated everything clearly when it came to my plan.He had my best interest at heart, and made sure I got a good deal. Very knowledgable on the plans, and punctual with doing what he would say.Want to have a hassle free experience? Exceptional customer service! All of the staff was able to solve all of my issues quickly and efficiently! I highly reccomened this location to anyone looking to sign up with freedom mobile. Cora is an amazing team member and helped me set up a phone with ease. Freedom mobile is hands down the best phone company!

Today I went to this location to make a couple of changes to my plan, and Yiman helped me. She was accommodating and fast. I highly recommend her if you need any help with your plans or phone. Thank You Yiman

After 3 years with Freedom and never taking advantage of any phone offers I tried to arrange a new free" phone. Ended up with a $1000 charge with no options to rectify the problem because this location is a franchise and can't actually do anything. So now
