Our son needed a gifted assessment for PACE academy, and they gave us a list of psychologists who perform these assessments. We selected this center based on the price and location. Our son was very anxious before the assessment, but Camilla, the therapist who did the assessment, was very cordial, calm and accommodating, so everything went smooth. We had a meeting with the psychologist two weeks later and learned that our son passed the gifted test. We submitted the report to PACE and got accepted. My only complaint about this place is that it took over a week to schedule the assessment, they didn’t reply to phone messages, and it took them a while to respond to our emails.

I was preparing for the CSC examination and had a really hard time focusing, so my boyfriend suggested I get tested for ADHD. I called this center and spoke to Shirley, she set me up for an assessment with Dr. Silliman and Tegan. Getting an assessment took more time than I expected but everything was smooth and well organized. And it was certainly more expensive than I thought but when I shopped around these guys were actually among the cheapest. And yes, my BF was right, I am now a certified ADHD girl :)

We've been referred to this center by our family physician Dr. Freedman. We have found outstanding psychologists and nice and friendly support staff. Everyone in the office is caring, personable, and willing to help, especially Shirley - she is a sweetheart. We didn't have high hopes when we started therapy, but the changes in our son exceeded all expectations.

My 6 year old son was assessed for ADHD at the Richmond Hill Psychology Center. The process was very smooth and the staff were patient and accommodating. The report was extremely thorough including actionable recommendations for school and home. It became an extremely useful tool to advocate for my child at school, at the doctor and in many other situations. I’m forever grateful.Maria

I took my kid for a gifted assessment here. I compared a few psychology centers and chose this one based its very positive google reviews. The reception area was tidy, clean and welcoming. The whole arrangement for pre-assessment inquiry, appointment setting, assessment, and report delivery was well organized. Most impressively, Dr. Tali is a very kind, responsible and professional psychologist, just as good as what is indicated in other clients’ reviews here.

We have been using Dr. Shenfield's service since 2008. She is always professional, caring and providing the support our daughter needs. With her counselling, our daughter has grown up from a primary school student to a young adult. The staffs at the center are also friendly and helpful. I would recommend this center to anyone who looks for professional psychology services.

Can you check and fix the issue on your contact web form so I can submit an assessment inquiry? The form shows me error message of missing information in a field that didn’t even show on the form! I have been trying for 2 days and also tried to call the office but no response. ThanksUpdate: I got in touch with Shirley in the Centre and she helped me out. The service has been great and I am changing my review to 4 star.

My family has been getting help from Dr. Tali for many years. It started with my daughter getting a career assessment over 15 years ago. The assessment really helped her to choose the right program and career. Lately, my grandchildren had gifted assessments and counselling at Dr. Tali's center. We are happy with all the services received, Dr. Tali and her staff are top-level professionals

Dr. Steinke did an ADHD assessment for my son last year and Dr. Tali did career counselling for my daughter this summer. Very happy with the results. Both psychologists are top-level professionals!
