Grasshopper Records
Grasshopper should update it's opening hours on Google Maps. Says open 24 hrs. Went there at 10.30am Oct 20th and it was closed. Tried calling a few times. There was a note inside saying ' I am upstairs'. I could hear the phone ringing but no one picked up. So the 40 mins drive was futile.

After going to nearly every record shop in toronto it’s fair to say Grasshopper records is by far the best record shop in town. The owner is so knowledgeable and a joy to talk to. This past week i bought a parliament album that i have been looking for and was amazed by the condition. Me and the owner sparked up a conversation about Parliment/ funkadelic and he enlightened me about so much. Every time you walk in those doors you can expect to find some gems! Love it 10/10

Loving going into this store! The gentleman there, I presume the owner, is very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable on a lot of the musicians. You can also find some good gems in his store.

Great record store. The owner really knows his stuff and has gotten me some hard to find vinyl going out of his way at times. Also some very down to earth prices if you go digging in his bins. You get the feeling it’s someone that has a passion for the stuff they sell and that makes the difference for me.
