The park itself is fine for a neighbourhood park. Nice mountain views, partially obstructed by the houses around it.There is a wide open path underneath the power lines next to it that is a great spot to run a dog. Street parking.

Its not really a good place for the public. Only worth it for those that live in the area. Unless you live in one of the homes that has the backyard connected to it, you'll need to walk through a small short path to get in. Its a big open space but the playground is small and lacking.

A very secluded neighbourhood park, with views of Coquitlam, plenty of benches and play sets. However not many places to park (I suggest park on Lazy A Street and walk down). Surrounded by neighbours who have direct access to it from their properties.
