Long installation for a simple changeover. The installer's must have been fairly new because they had a hard time and had to call another guy to help them. Then the installer asked for a couple of bottles of water for him and his companions while he was leaving.Wireless cable being the norm now, I've already experienced more service disruptions than with hard wiring in the last year. The new remotes are near impossible to use in a home theater setting, important buttons are not illuminated and are a fraction of the size of the other buttons. And no clock on the cable unit, and no more call display on the tv, which was a great feature before for catching telemarketers and scammers. One step forward, two steps back.

I got very bad experience today at this Rogers shop. I was told by phone in customer service to go to the nearest shop for changing a special price plan. The special offer $60 10GB plan. I had been line up for 15 minutes and one of the sales manager said that I have to do it by phone in to Rogers not in a shop. The manager told me that theyy only take new customers. So I went over to Upper Canada Mall's Rogers shop and I got helped and changed the special price plan. I recommend you don't go to this shop. They are so helpless

After a BAD experience at the Bolton location, went here. Counter person (Alex) was super polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Felt like a VIP. (and i dress like a bum) He even asked how my weekend was going (like the baristas at starbucks, I know they are coached to do it but it still feels nice). Went from one of my worst customer experiences (rogers bolton) to here being one of the best!

Démes provided exceptional service for my Grandfather (92) who required significant support to explain terms and services. Démes took the time to make sure Grandpa was comfortable and confident with the transaction and his purchase. Grandpa has been in two recent transactions where sales reps have taken advantage of him. As an employee of a rival telecom company I would heartily recommend this location to anyone who is interested in Rogers services—I have already recommended this location to several people.

Super helpful and knowledgeable. It's a busy store, so there might be a wait. I came here after having trouble at the Keswick store. Such a difference in the level of service.

During my recent visit, staff helped me to fix a relatively complicated account issue while their telephone support could not fix. Although there’s a bit of a wait as they have limited staff, but I’m glad everything got sorted within 1 visit. This review only speaks to the staff at this location not Rogers as a company, as Rogers certainly don’t deserve a high rating with their unreliable service.

Walked in regarding some questions about my TV service and worked with Zach at the counter. He was rude and intense and I had only questions, no complaints. I kept a calm composure and remained polite, but I really wanted to punch him in the face... he was that bad. Fair warning to those who want to visit this location... if you see Zach, have someone there to hold you back.

My husband and I went in to replace our phones for our anniversary. Rafael took the time to explain all of our options and worked with us to find a balance between what we wanted to pay monthly vs. what we wanted to pay upfront. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. He never made us feel rushed to make a decision. We will only deal with him from now on. Thank you, Rafael!!
