Horrible experience. We had 2 shipments that were to be picked up together, the driver only showed paperwork for the one of them, so they left the other at the port. They admitted this was their fault, as we provided them with all of the paperwork for both loads. Despite this, we still had to pay again to get the shipment they forgot, picked up. Our products arrived damaged. The invoices they sent did not match the amounts withdrawn from my account. I have been trying to deal with this issue for almost a year, and have just been ignored. I would not recommend anyone using this company.

Hands down this company prides themselves on customer service, we needed materials from the states for a construction project, even through a pandemic this company had all materials shipped to us with no hassle and most importantly on time. Highly recommend them. Thanks again.

Unbelievable service, I am a new business moving pieces that can be fairly difficult. Marcus at Just Ship It has been nothing but outstanding. This is the best service I have experienced yet, I have been fairly annoyed trying to find companies and I find most would respond and say yes and come up with poor results or nothing at all.

One of your agents was unprofessional and decided that it was our fault for not being able to provide a service that was out of our expertise. We provided one of our Chinese partners who had the capabilities to solve the logistics issue, but your agent neglected it.
