I have now completed one year with Upkeep. I found Chris to be professional, efficient, respectful and easy to have in my home. After each inspection they relay what is needed to be done in small and significant repairs and what to watch for in the coming year. The company was able to help my home and me with the maintenance that is required in an older home.I would highly recommend Upkeep Solutions.

Chris Boonstra from upkeep solutions helped me and my family jacking up our deck and help build a smaller mini deck. He was very professional, knew what he was doing, polite and overall very knowledgeable of the task. Went above and beyond for us and we look forward to going with upkeep for future projects. I had Chris from Upkeep inspect my house, he did a very thorough inspection and cleaned some less looked at areas, like cleaning out the trap under the sink and vacuuming our vents. I was very pleased with his service, highly recommended!

Chris from Upkeep Solutions conducted a very thorough inspection of the interior of my home. In three hours he went through every room, checking for any needed repairs or areas that required further attention. He did some minor repairs, and before leaving very carefully reviewed with me what he had found.Chris was punctual, efficient and knowledgeable. He was a polite and very pleasant person to deal with. I highly recommend this company.

We had Upkeep Solutions come do a maintenance inspection on our home. They were great! Very professional and thorough. At the end we got a detailed report of what was inspected along with what he noticed we should consider fixing before it becomes an issue. Highly recommend them!
