Very impressed with the level of service, and professionalism from Tidal! We had our septic pump die and needed a quick turnaround to have it replaced. We contacted Tidal based on a referral and Andrew had someone onsite the following day to replace the pump. All work was done professionally and work/materials were of high quality. Thank you for understanding the time-sensitive nature of this request that other companies in the area did not understand. 5/5 would definitely recommend Tidal to anyone in the Brantford/Brant area for quality plumbing work at a reasonable price!Thanks again!

Andrew and Jason did fantastic work! They showed up early for the appointment, addressed all the issues in less time than I expected, and even convinced me to opt for a $12 fix instead of costly replacement. I first heard of the positive reputation of Tidal Plumbing from multiple comments on a neighbourhood Facebook group, and I can now see why. HIGHLY recommend.

Would give more then 5 stars if I could. The crew was nice and professional and Greg explained what they needed to do and why to fix the kitchen drain. Greg and Jason made sure to take every precaution to make as little of a mess as possible. Which they succeed in doing. Andrew, Greg and Jason are great guys to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent job, we were referred to Andrew by a neighbour and they were wonderful, installed kitchen sink faucet and plumbing, installed a laundry tub and plumbing for washer and a toilet that i messed up the flange on, highly recommend these boys for any plumbing job……they have all the answers :)
