We discontinued our service due to moving , and the company is still withdrawing money without permission ..When within 10 day thinking period that he gave us about his service and products...we decided to not have one...he gets upset...rips out from the walls his alarm, causing severe damage in walls, doors and trauma as witnessed ..threat with collection agency...we broke the contract??? what contract when he removed unilaterally his products violently.When trying to contact him thinking we can communicate as adults he is yelling and puts the phone down.Really disappointing and upsetting experience.
