Lion's Head Beach Park Campground
Loved this campground. Great sunset views and clean washrooms.There is giant hogweed in the area and poison ivy along side all of the trails. Be mindful of the harmful plants in the area.

Lion's Head Beach Park Campground
Very cute little campground with the sand beach and kids playground just steps away. Rock beach on the grounds but the camp area is grass. Has picnic benches and a fire pit at each site. Head office is at the marina. Bathrooms and beach are accessible friendly.

Lion's Head Beach Park Campground
Better scenery than Bruce peninsula park and the grotto. Hike is a little challenging to get to the lookout, but it’s well worth it. Also, park on the street below the park and walk up instead of taking the $35 bus.

I don’t know who rated this well, it’s not “camping” first of all. Super crowded, on top of each other backed onto the neighbourhood. Noisy people directly behind us in houses, mostly seasonal people who are rude and earwigs everywhere. Definitely NOT worth 40$ a night, they should use some of that money to try to control the earwigs because it’s absolutely disgusting. They were in everything, you can’t get in and out of your tent without them falling on you. Never again, do yourself a favour and pick somewhere else. The location of it is nice if you’re hiking lions head and there are showers, literally the only positive.

Lion's Head Beach Park Campground
This is a beautiful little campground. The view is amazing. We had a nice sized lot, waterfront, fire pit, water/hydro/sewer hook ups. Perfect.The only complaint was the campground lights at night are annoyingly bright. The really take away from that beautiful sky at night and they managed to always be in one of our windows. Very blinding and annoying.

Lion's Head Beach Park Campground
Amazing views of Lion's Head and the harbour. The campground is also right next to the beach. From the campground you can easily launch your kayak, go for a swim or go for a hike to Lion's Head lookout point. Bathrooms are super clean compared to other campsites. All my photos are taken from Site 4. Best site in my opinion. Bonus information: The camp is also close to Foodland which is great for getting wood and groceries.

Small but possibly convenient campground run by the town if you can get a spot. PROs: Right by the water downtown, washrooms looked clean, run by the town. CONs: Many spaces already taken by full timers with fully built wooden porches that don't look very pretty either, not many spots available, sites are wide open without any cover, difficult to turn into property.

Lion's Head Beach Park Campground
Lion's Head is one of my favourite places to visit and the beach park is no exception.The beach is beautiful and sandy with a good mixture of sun and shade. In early July the water is very cold, but warms up as the season goes on.Public bathrooms are available and are relatively clean.On Saturday mornings in the summer there's a farmers market on the beach full of wonderful people selling some amazing local goods, I particularly like the bakeries and goat/beef farmers that show up.

Lion's Head Beach Park Campground
What a heavenly place! It's a joy to kayak here and see the boats in the marina. You can also swim, attend concerts on certain nights, walk on the rocky shore of the bay, and more! The campground looks completely full. How lucky people are who get those spots!

Lion's Head Beach Park Campground
Very small beach that shares private space with the pier where loads of boats are docked. Well worth the visit however, sand is clean.
