*not specific to this location, I'm referring to all locations I've gone to*99% of the time the coffee is not drinkable near half way through the cup due to coffee grinds. Tim hortons used to be the goto place for a cup of coffee in my family of misfits but unfortunately not anymore. I Hope tim hortons makes some changes to the way they brew coffee or filter or whatever it is they need to do. Cups are horrible, always leaking or lid falls off. The price is high and the quality is low... what a shame.

Service sucks. Over charged me and wouldn't give me my money back. The manager is the worst no response and Tim Horton's customer service is terrible. Won't help you. Basically saying it's not our problem it's the franchise owners problem and they have no problem with franchise owners stealing from customers and over charging for products. I have a nice email thread with Tim Hortons customer service saying this.

First time I tried chilli cheese fries was from here! Definitely worth it! It taste so good. Just the wait was a bit long.

Tried out the French toast bacon and egg sandwich today and it was amazing. I also ordered the chicken Caesar wrap, which was a little tough and also a broccoli soup that was delicious. The drive through is super quick and lots of parking if you’re going inside to sit down. Easy access from hwy 50

We usually go there during our break time to get Chai Tea , Cookies and Donuts.We visit at least 3 times a week and we never had any problems in ordering and customer service. They are always happy to greet and serve u treats. See you again.

Countless times my order was made wrong. I've reached out to the store a few days ago again over my entire order being wrong, I went through the drive thru to get this order. No management was 'available' apparently. So during a mid-day shift you have NO MANGER on site? Interesting. I left my information with a worker who clearly didn't pass it along, as no one from this store has reached out to even apologize for their mistake. As a resident in this town, it's frustrating to have to check my order everytime through thr drive thru. I have reached out to head office as well. Still nothing. They've lost my business at this particular location. I've worked at a tims before. They stress speed instead of accuracy. This is the wrong way to look at things. Train your staff to do it right 1st then the speed will come. Below is what the usually mess up on me. I ordered a steeped tea, 2 sugar and 2 milk. This one was marked on the lid but made with at least 2 CREAM and no sugar... and WAS COFFEE!! my sandwiches were wrong and 2 completely wrong donuts... thanks for taking my money and not standing by your quality or service.

Worst tim hortons I have ever seen, waited in line for 17 mins after placing my order to get my coffee and there was just 5 cars in front of me. Their customer service is so bad they took forever to serve. Not recommended at all

Tim Hortons is my go-to place for coffee and snacks. I love their donuts, muffins, bagels, and sandwiches. They always have fresh and tasty products, and their coffee is smooth and satisfying. The staff is friendly and courteous, and they always greet me with a smile. The only thing that I think they could improve is their line efficiency. Sometimes the wait is too long, especially during peak hours. I wish they could speed up their service or have more staff on duty. Other than that, I have no complaints about Tim Hortons. It’s a great place to enjoy a quick bite or a relaxing break.
