Absolutely no sense of urgency at this so called urgent care facility. Receptionist turned me away saying they were full, saying they didn’t accept appointments, then while I’m walking back to my car someone shows up and gets let in! Must be a friend of the receptionist or something- blatant favouritism! What an absolute joke our health care system has become…

Very rude staff ! They need training on how to deal with people. I asked her question about what best time call and book appointment as no one is answering phone. It was not her job. This was may 3rd walk in clinic. They should just change status to appointments only.

I saw Dr.Mclaughlin again this past week and I found him to be very impersonal as usual. .Somedays you get barely a hello. I went to the walk-in to discuss my blood pressure as i am too a health care professional. Seeing him several times before as he is the main doctor there he des not like to discuss anything with you and doesn't like to be questioned. He got very upset when i asked for a BP test besides the ECG. He really doesn't appear as he even wants to be be there as I don't see much enthusiasm on his part. So sad. I have seen other doctors there in the past and have been satisfied with my visitz.

Yesrs ago it was Great service and friendly staff :)Unfortunately, they do not answer their phones when they open them, are miraculously full when I walk in. They just pass ppl off to ER, so if u need anything, you might as well just go to the emergency room.

The receptionist has lost her love for humanity and should be replaced by a computer program that make appointments. When you are in need of a Doctor you don't need to be tormented. You need compation and respect. Please be kind to each other and the world could be a better place. The office also need to change their signs on the window to Walk ins not welcome! Appointment only by PHONE. NO PHONE NO APPOINTMENT! It only takes three minutes to take down some ones information from face to face verbally. This old way of doing thinks gives us our humanity, what the world needs.

It is impossible to get a hold of this clinic since they moved to phone appointments only. Before, you could go into the office around opening hours and get a time of day to return for your walk in appointment. Now, I can’t even get through to them despite trying to call on numerous devices the minute they open.Booking appointments through phone works fine if you have a call hold system that keeps callers in a queue in the order the call was received. However, this clinic does not have that. It is entirely luck based whether you get a hold of them. I have gone weeks without my medication because of the janky system this clinic has in place.If you are lucky enough to get through, my experiences have been nothing but positive. But I cannot overlook that I cannot get a simple prescription renewal for weeks at a time.

I can't fairly rate this place as a medical facility if I can't even get thru on phone to make an appointment to see someone. medimap says no wait time but you press redial 500 times in one morning starting at 8am and get busy signal or 'customer not available' . listen I work full time I don't have time on my one day off to sit st the phone and hit redial for 8 hours in the hopes of getting in to see someone for a same day appointment. the problem is systemic but you also need to hire more people to answer phones and when you do have someone finally get a ring signal after an hour don't effing hang up on them after 5 rings. totally useless.

Gave me an appointment when all other clinics I tried wouldn't. Kind and professional doctor.

Once you’re able to get ahold of the clinic it is great! Receptionist who answered my call was a ray of sunshine and was very nice, I find sometimes in such stressful environments that calls like that can be cold and unwelcoming, but this was not the case. Because I had never been to the clinic before I had to go in person. I called at 8:05 and they got me in for an appointment at 8:30! Quick in and out. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend If you are able to get ahold of them. Call early and keep trying!

I am baffled at some of the negative comments. When I was left without a GP, I turned to Shelbourne Clinic with same day appointments. Yes, it is sometimes difficult trying to get through, but please keep trying. Thank you Dr Laughlin and Dr Wickens who are prompt, polite, listen and explain.. In this fast-paced clinic there is no time for small-talk, so get to the point. I have never encountered the MOA being rude". Just imagine this from their side
