My relatively low score is related solely to the management of Acadia Toyota Moncton (sales manager and general manager). Excessive demand for Toyota has played a role, you are not really valued as a buyer there.Just out of my experience dealing with Acadia Toyota:In Acadia Toyota you still cannot arrange a test drive or even take a look at the vehicle before placing a deposit and getting into at least a six-month waiting list.They force you to pay extra for a hood deflector, protective film on the handles, floor mats, one-year insurance on rims and smart fob if lost.With the last item in my case, it actually sounds like a joke. After waiting, I received my new RAV4 Limited with one smart fob only, with reference to a global supply issue". They surprised me with this news at the very last moment

I Delt with Dan in finance"and Patrick "in sales" looking to purchase a new vehicle and I was treated very humble throughout the whole experience even though I did not end up purchasing a car from them

Many thanks to Jason Ward from the service department for providing exceptional customer service!!!Had winter tires removed and summer tires installed on Friday in Hampton. Picked up car just.before 5pm and was told to come back after 100km to have lug nuts “retorked”. Unfortunately we were leaving for Nova Scotia on Saturday morning. Therefore we needed to find someone who could get it done. Called Acadia Toyota in Moncton and spoke to Jason Ward who kindly agreed to help us. We were at the dealership within an hour and, without an appointment, Jason had a member of his team “retorking” the lug nuts and inflating the tires to the recommended PSI. When asked for the invoice Jason said it was complimentary. We were most grateful to Jason and were on our way shortly after.Thank you again Jason, you made our day!!!

Had the worst experience today.I brought my prius for servicing and tire change last week, they broke the air valve and promised to replace it and asked to bring it back on 7 July, as they need to order the part and it's understandable. Today I brought the car and was informed it will take 45 min and after 45 minutes when I noticed that i am not called for from the waiting area and people who came after me are been asked to come to service station. So went to ask about the progress I was told it will take more 45 minutes as they they did not take my car into the service area and had a very bad experience from James Mont****ry (service advisor) I am not mentioning the full name as I don't want to look bad just wanted him to know that I am not happy with the service.1) If it was taking more time james could have come and updated me (waiting in the waiting area).2) when I went to the service station he was not at all helpful with the update nor gave any apology or reason for the delay.This is an updatedI spoke to the service advisor Jason Ward and i pointed out my displeasure and was informed that they did had less people working today as the weather was so good. (Don't blame them) but I really appreciate Jason Ward who later heard me and helped me with the remaining process.I really recommend Jason Ward for his approach and dedication towards helping customers.Thank you.

Ed Nakpil was fantastic. We are new comers to NB and he took the time to come for us from home personally and walled us through the entire process. He made the sale really a no Brainer... 5 star plus rating for sure. Patient and courteous as you would of expect... we had a lot of questions, and he took the time to assist us even outside of the car sale. Really thank Ed and thanks Toyota!

After picking up my new vehicle today, my faith in customer service was restored.All the staff are polite, professional and focused on excellent customer service. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a new Toyota, to choose Acadia Toyota Moncton.

I had amazing service was very warmly welcomed. I had few cars in mind I decided to go with Serge as my salesman and do not regret it will definitely be buying with him for my next cars, this was my very first car purchase he made sure I understood EVERYTHING after I left I had so much knowledge about buying a new car that I didn't know about. He made sure I had the best but affordable insurance for my car he didn't hide anything from me he showed me everything no surprise payment etc. what he said was the final price. He gave me a good deal and after getting my car he made sure I understood all the features and functions in my car. Even when I had questions after I bought the car he answered and was always happy to talk to me, even today I know I can call him anytime if I have any problems they were absolutely amazing. I also had to give a big thank you to their amazing financing guy Ryan that helped me with choosing the plan that worked best for me even helped me after hours of work which is absolutely incredible. I had a absolutely amazing service, I would definitely recommend them especially Serge. Thank you Acadia Toyota for this amazing service and for my brand new CH-R 2021 i'm definitely a proud owner and proud to be with Toyota

Excellent dealership. Quick service and fair prices. Having reliable cars helps too! Always had a great experience going for oil changes. Quick and efficient. Comfy place to sit, and great free specialty coffee options.

It's hard to believe, but there are no demonstration units. I'm not talking about different car packages. There are no cars at all. Literally no!Why maintain a car dealership if you go there to buy a car, you choose it by the picture!You have absolutely no respect for customers.
