I hate giving 1 star to this company. My son went there, and it was the most disorganized, expensive camp my son has been to. Not only do they not deliver on what they way they were going to provide, you can never get ahold of them after you pay your money. If you are a team thinking of signing up for a summer camp, look elsewhere. If you are enrolled in a day program, they will be happy to take your money, and not deliver. STAY AWAY AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER CAMP. THIS ONE IS PATHETIC !!

I couldn't love Ivy Hockey Academy more. From the facilities, to the trainers to the knowledge. Everything is amazing. I wish I was still young enough to enrol.

Definitely has to be one of the best hockey organizations in Toronto. Honestly, looking at their site years after brings a tear to my eye. This was such an incredible experience as a kid. Anyone not giving 5 stars is a snowflake.

The staff and instructors are amazing. My son had a blast at camp and is a hundred times more confident on the ice. Great program and great people who go the extra mile to give the kids a fantastic and fun experience. My son loved every minute and can't wait to go back. Hockey mom approved!

I too had a bad experience with this company, as did several of my friends who enrolled their children in programs only to discover that they had been placed in groups with children 3-4 years younger. Only after they have your money, (which they do not refund under any circumstance), do they tell you that your child has been placed in mixed age" groups. My teenage son was so mortified at being placed in a group of "babies" that he left after the first hour of camp. I called to complain but no one has ever returned my calls

This company does not deserve even one star. Very unprofessional and uncooperative with their clients. Everything advertised on their website is not what actually transpires at the camp. The children are issued old dirty hockey jerseys that they return after the camp finishes. We did the HOCKEY SUMPREME camp they offered with on and off ice hockey specific training in Oakville. There was ice time in the morning then the boys had two hour lunches wandering around the facility board and unsupervised. The youth coaches sat around on their cell phones. Then the boys sat and watched while the others built forts out of their hockey bags or just sat around in the heat for the rest of the day. Nothing sport/hockey specific off ice for dry land training. This went on for two days and I subsequently took the boys out of the afternoon program and contacted Ivy regarding my concerns. There was one adult instructor who taught only the 16 year olds and then there were kids around 14,15,16 teaching the rest of the students, contrary to the professionals as offered in the website. No qualified instructors!! There were no expert" trainers and definitely no NHL players as again advertised "learning from NHL PROS/players!!!! ". Not one representative from Ivy was even present or accessible. Domenic Moore was taking part in the BTNL program for his own development and stopped by for a quick photo opp but never got on the ice or did any dry land training with the kids. After two months of leaving messages a representative "Julian" returned our phone calls and listened to our complaint. After several more phone calls and emails Julian offered us our money back for the afternoon portion since the boys were taken out of the program after the two days and they did not offer the dry land training. Since then we have left numerous phone calls and as many emails and are simply being ignored by this company.AN ABSOLUTE SCAM- NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!"

SHAME ON IVY! My son's team paid over $8000 for a week of training camp. Was expecting 3-4 hours of ice per day, got 1hr 40 min! Nothing on the schedule actually took place. Kids were sent to the park to play in the heat for 6 hours. No hockey training as promised, no shade, no snacks, no supervision. Then after lunch the kids had to sit for 2 hours in a dressing room before they went on the ice. Parents pulled their kids out of the camp because it was so bad. DO THE RIGHT THING IVY! Give the kids back their money to put into their hockey program. Don't offer them free training sessions! That's the last thing they want. They have already hired other trainers. Answer your phones, return your emails. SAVE YOUR REPUTATION AND DO THE RIGHT THING!

My 7 year old son attended the half day on ice camp at McCormack arena. He had fun and learned a few new skills that he will be able to implement this coming season. The instructors did a great job of making it fun and keeping him motivated throughout the week.

My son attended this camp and it is a learn to skate and play hockey program that is advertised as something more. The off ice training is like a regular camp and the kids play games and have fun and not anything elite. I asked if I could get my money my back if I pulled my son and the head person said he is not authorized to do that not couldn't point me to who was. They charge an elite level price for training you could get for half the price anywhere locally. The head instructor also braggd about knowing McDavid really well, took time to show me pictures on his phone of them together and when asked to get him to stop by for the kids he walked away.

Very disappointed in this camp. My son was in the camp at 16Mile in Oakville. We signed up for the Hockey Supreme. We read the flyer wrong and assumed that this was a full-day hockey camp and it was not. The morning was 3 hours on ice, but there was no afternoon ice time. (like most full-day camps offer). I went back to their website and read what was offered on ice/off ice and most of it was lacking. There were no expert" trainers and definitely no NHL players teaching the camp
