I waited a couple days for a response back. As Jim had told me he would call me, and he did not; on two different phone calls. I ended up calling him back twice. The end result was a negative experience with Aaron's. R.Lange

Love doing business with another small business owner. Aaron, under that get off my lawn grizzled exterior, takes the time to make sure this are right and the customer is happy. Likely the negative reviewers are from people who are of the instant gratification era and don't understand that it takes time and knowhow in order to get things right. Thank you again Aaron for the chuckle and getting my atypical key copied and working perfectly. Keep it up!

Excellent customer service. When I called, I got a voicemail and received a call back the same day. I explained that my key to my circle lock on a door broke. They didn't tell me there wasn't anything they can do, instead, they gave me options and asked me to bring the key in so they could take a look. That positive response and follow-up made my situation less stressful. In the end, they couldn't repair the key or replicate it, but they were able to help be resolve the issue. Super nice guys and I think reasonable pricing for their expertise. Highly recommend.

Aaron's Lock & Key threatened to take the keys to my building where they had just re-keyed four doors for me because I wasn't able to provide a credit card over the phone due to the company I work for being a Net 30 company. It was never communicated to me that I had to pay over the phone immediately. Rich the owner was unwilling to let me pay via a mailed check and demanded I pay immediately via credit card. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Aaron's Lock & Key always does a great job for us. We've gone to them several times over the years to get all kinds of keys made and clickers done for our vehicles. They always beat the dealership price and we've never had to take a key back because it didn't work. We've always been treated with kindness, respect and the younger guy (sorry I'm bad w/names) works really fast! We don't even live in the state anymore but when we are in town and we need keys, we still make sure we go to them.

I hate to do this, but I am compeled since I own and operate a business that values customers and how to treat people. The older gentleman working today 10/26/22 should not be assisting customers. He is extremely unprofessional. I fear he is the owner of the business. Sir, consider hiring someone to work for you, although if the way I was treated today is any indication, it's no surprise that you likely are unable to retain workers. It seems as though you purposely withold help, power trip maybe? You did tell another associate of mine that you are selling your business. My advise to the individual purchasing the business is to make sure to advertise Under new Ownership". I have a funny feeling that you will gain a lot of customers that will give you business. Hopefully you sell business soon. You need to retire."

One of the VERY few, true locksmiths in the area! Old, odd, motorcycle, ATV and many speciality keys can be made here. Vehicle keys can be cut and fobs programmed. Great place for all key-related needs!

They had to cut a new code keyfor my 2012 Chevy equinox because the one I had fell apart. Luckily I had the other key so he could get the code from it but once he made it it worked great. I recommend them to anyone)

Place was clean and followed covid guidelines. The 2 gentleman were very nice. My mom and I both needed car and house keys done. We both, on separate occasions, had keys done elsewhere to be discouraged to find the keys did not work (even after going back to have more made....that still did not work!). I finally decided to go to a professional" place for service. Keys worked beautifully!! Reasonably priced. (Enjoyed reading his signs.) Will definitely go back (and recommend) Aaron for any key/lock service. Thank you!"

Have been using these guys for 20 years, I showed up today, location is closed, it seems that business has been purchased by an Eastpointe location. Sorry to see them gone.
