i would give 5 stars for the delivery people (mailman/woman). But the owner at Wynford though he appears calm and friendly... He does not care about your package. Yesterday according to my print it went missauga then it went to wynford for North York like all packages in north york where due. When the roads where bad till 2pm yesterday I drove to the main north york facilty wynford the one im reviewing. The owner wouldnt even go to the back for a minute to get my package, even though i gave him my tracking number and my printout said it was in his wynford facility also i used canada post alot for 2 years, I have had this issue before where the employee would go to the back FOR 1 MINUTE get my package from the main facility so i didn't have to wait for it to be delivered at a random time tommorow me not be there and go back to the facility. And the driver has 1 less stop! Which helps both of us. When just the owner was there yesterday he wouldnt even check the back for a second! Now if you spend money on packages you cannot rely on this selfish owner who I paid money and taxes too is profiting and wont give me my package he doesn't own. The problem with Canada Post in general is the owners are heartless interdestroyers of Canada Post long good reputation (only know about wynford) where as the underpayed workers like the delivery people are some of the nicest people I have met. It says about toronto and society, when sociopaths (0 capabilty to feel feelings (spectrum)) have the top level positions because they care only about themselves not thier customers or employees. There is a high correlation worldwide of being a ceo and sociopath (read scholary articles).Ps. You can use a search function for only scholary articles on googleSome people might being payed by third parties to destroy Canada Post like the Owner, you never know the undertable game of executives. I have spent hours driving to the facility of package talking to customer service waiting on hold. NO ONE AT CANADA POST TALKED STRAIGHT FORWARD and he could of just checked for 1 minute.Compared to the Usa taxes are 4 times less (not New YorK...)Taxes are less and you get 2.5 times better customer service that doesn't come from our public services or first responders pockets but mine and some owner can't get paid to do nothing with money and do not deserve and then will harass his own employees. For the People.As An update I upgraded to 3 stars. I need Marijuana asn has experincing a PTSD attack for a day or two of and one of intenstity. When i had one bowl I feel so much better just 0.1 gram. I also had have a recurring stress fracture which leaves me house ridden because it is in the middle bottom of my foot, (like a ballerina"). I would like All people to live better lives not the rich get richer. Because when people get desperate for medicine

I work for Canada Post and hate this place, one of the worst Depots in the GTA with TERRIBLE Management. My advice is if you can avoid the place, find another Depot that knows the definition of Fairness and Respect.

Canada Post delivered and we can't thank them enough for their support. Absolutely 5 star. The employees showed great care and made our entire community smile. Thank you for your amazing service everyday.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My boyfriend used to be an employee at this location and all they did was harrass him and bully him so much that he went through a really hard time mentally. It's terrible how they treat their employees and need some lessons in respect.Apparently, they're notorious for giving their employees a hard time specifically at this location which is why they're the worst location in all of Canada ask anyone who works for Canada Post.

The guys working here are helpful while the gentleman.

The Wynford post depot has been my neighbourhood post office for more than a decade, and I had always regarded it as the most friendly post office in Toronto until recently when the staff there changed. With the exception of one, the new persons regularly wear their masks below their noses while the pandemic is still going on, and are generally rude. The particularly inappropriate one said Oh! (Country's name) is a very dangerous place!" after looking at the recipient's address on the package I was sending. Well

I've never seen anything organized in their delivery methods. They could do such more in the Corona times since they be making more money anyways but they end up using the excuse of Corona being the reason that they cant deliver. And using the excuse that some buildings people not wearing masks. I dont know why we give so much but they dont use it. So you have my number dont you couldnt you stay outside and call ? Isnt the easiest method and none will complain but rather then doing that they rather just dont deliver and keep delaying people. Good to know. I will really stop and recommend other people to use any other service beside this.

Today I visited this place to mail out 1 package, having some questions and the staff on duty was very responsible and helpful. She got all my questions answered and helped to put the right way to seal the package. I want to express my appreciation to her. Her name from receipt is Olufunmilayo. Thank you!

Funmi was extremely helpful this morning helping me send multiple packages to Vancouver. She was patient and kind throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service! Thank you Funmi
