THE BEST bike shop. Staff is very knowledgeable and approachable; bike pros, not pushy sales people. Chris and Kevin spent a good deal of time with me picking out my first road bike. Have been back multiple times since for accessories & questions and they always make time for me. Post purchase customer service continues to be exceptional. Local owner, great selection, competitive prices, fantastic staff! Thank you!

I have been their loyal client for over 8 years, while in recent 2~3 years, the Oxygen Bike has been inspired by the government services recently and started treating its clients' in bureaucratic way. Their waiting period for service appointment is over 2.5~3 months long (and increasing, thanks to blaming supply-chain issue) where they refused to hire new employees (space restriction?), nor expand business in new locations (Joint-venture opportunities were offered), while keep charging good amount of money to its clients as running profit based commercial operations, but don't care about clients' satisfaction, decreasing services queue, and increase productivity because they can continue abusing general public under so many lame excuses but dont make honest efforts to fix them. Their sales pitch is great, as any private business does but when it comes to work with its clients, maintenance and services satisfaction, they are competing with government services index, racing to prove who will hit the bottom first.

Bike delivered on time - no surprises, no extra costs. They sized it so it fit perfectly and I was on my way. Ordered yesterday - got it today. Totally recommend. Also - they have a great service policy - free basic tune-ups as long as you own the bike.

Best place to buy a bike. Very knowledgeable and nice people here (special thanks to Chris). 10/10 buying experience for a new rider.

Oxygen Bike Shop is outstanding in every way imaginable - from the excellent brands they carry to the top notch service. I was looking for a bike to cruise around the neighbourhood, maybe get some groceries etc…something that would be the antithesis of my Trek Madone Road Bike. Shawn, the owner was incredibly helpful…showing to me and explaining all the options. I am absolutely delighted with my ‘groovy’ new Linus Roadster 3 bike!

After looking for a bike from the bigger stores where customer service is non existent I was pleasantly surprised coming here. Even though they were busy Shawn made the time and helped me, I wasn’t looking for a competitive bike, heck it was just an entry level bike which was a lot better quality than offered at other stores. I am happy with the bike and service, so much so, we returned and bought a second bike. Anyone looking for good service and knowledgeable people I cannot recommend this store enough

Everyone is very helpful & honest about bicycling advice. Very professional & would go above & beyond to make sure you make most informed decision. I would highly suggest anyone with no or very less experience to go here. Also, they provide unlimited lifetime tune ups for free which is great. My personal experience here was amazing.

We came in to the shop with a silly question. I had had my bike tire replaced at Oxygen Bikes awhile ago. We were unable to figure out how to fill up my new bike tire with its odd valve. Chris the store manager showed us that the hand pump I had brought in actually had an attachment for filling up both kinds of bike tire valve. Then he was kind enough to test my hand pump to make sure it was working. He then went on to fill the tires with his big pump. He didn't have to do that after already taking the time to show us how our hand pump could work. He was super nice! Highly recommend this shop for helpful and generous staff.

If you're looking for a bike shop that will offer after purchase support, scroll on, keep looking. With Rocky Mountain days, it was the perfect time to pull the trigger on a new ride for my daughter. This shop had one in stock, ready to roll.Communicating my intent to purchase was easy, and shop was quick to reply. Made the purchase, and arranged to pick up next day. At pickup, everything seemed great. Staff was friendly, had a chat during bike safety inspection. It was probably one of the easiest sales ever, no questions, nothing to explain, I knew what I wanted. Bring the bike home, time to do my own inspection. Immediately find that the top portion of one of the presta tire valves was bent to death, making putting air in the tire impossible. Sure, I could have tried to bend it back, but it's a brand new bike, why should I have to?? Also discovered the fork was leaking oil from the bottom nut. Dealt with the oil part directly with the fork manufacturer, sorted it all out, it was just some oil separating from the internal grease (fork is NOT oil filled). The reason I'm leaving 2 stars, is because I reached out twice, via email to attach photo/video of the valve and fork. Ghost town. Finally, after 5 days, I gave up waiting and reached out to Rocky Mountain directly for help. Within 24 hours, they had me set up to go to my local authorized dealer to change the tube and valve for a new one. So my experience, friendly staff (that's why 2 stars not 1) but once they have your money and you walk out the door, good luck.

Fantastic. Chris was great. Helped get me set in a new bike. It works great and I love it. Went for a 28km ride the next day and was very happy.
