Excellent customer service! I have a UPS mailbox at this location. I can honestly say Nabila and her team are an absolute pleasure -- friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. It also has been a great location for securely receiving package deliveries and for copying and printing. A great neighbourhood store. Highly recommend!

I arrived at the UPS store exactly at 6:30 with myvery large and heavy package and the gentleman closed the store in my face. It wouldn’t have been difficult for him to take one more package, especially with the customer rushing to get it them on time but having difficulties finding their location. Poor customer service.

I really want to thank Nabila and the team at this store for helping me with a complicated shipment I needed to complete for work. Nabila was extremely informative and proactive, making sure everything was well packed and we had the correct paperwork. Definitely recommend this store and this team.

Thank you Nabila and team for your help, you went above & beyond!We went to Canada post location close by this location to ship a box internationally, but was told to complete forms online, the clerk then went back and sat on her stool. No wonder they are a broken serviceThank goodness we stopped at the UPS Store! Nabila helped us with everything and made the procces so simple.If you don't need to ship via Canada Post, come here and they will definitely help you with amazing service!!!

This UPS store is fantastic. Everything from the owner operators (Sohail and Nabila) to the staff who work here can only be described as exceptional.I have been a long time customer of UPS stores and my experiences with this particular store have been so exceptional that I wanted to write a review.I highly recommend this particular UPS location to service all of your personal and business needs. Have a look at their web-site to see the various services provided - you will be surprised they offer so many things including I got my passport photos done here and they were fabulous.Thank you to Sohail, Nabila and staff for making my many trips to your store fantastic experiences.

My wife went to get a passport photo for our son. The person at this location was apparently quite rude and told her that the shop was closed, even though there were 10 minutes before the stated closing time. While she was outside looking for alternatives on her phone he came out and said he could after all take our sons photo. He locked the door while they were inside. For 1 digital photo the cost was $28, which is more than the amount advertised. I don't know what excuse there could be for such poor treatment, it sounded almost intimidating, but we will not be using this store again.

I don’t really leave google reviews because I’m usually too lazy to.But the service I consistently receive from store 206 on Bloor street is too exceptional not to leave a review.Every-time I go in there, I’m met with a smile on the faces of the couple in the store (I’m assuming they are a couple of course.) They go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. We need more people like them in this world, it seem to me that they are genuine people and the way they treat other people comes natural to them. You can just tell.
