Was okay... On a scale of 1 to 10 Customer service gets a big fat 0, awful . Food gets a 6. Was melted pretty much when it go to me was like chocolate soup with chunks. Waited 3 minutes as they chatted away doing nothing, went to go turn to walk away and they finally showed up. Not impressed...

The ice cream here is good. The staff is friendly but they could be a little quicker. Only the drive-thru is open during the pandemic.

I am presently an employee! Unfortunately our artic rush machine is down. Fingers r crossed that we can get it fixed this season. (moo latte, and artic slush drinks r unavailable) Our hours have recently (Friday April 15th) to 11:00am to 10pm. We have had to shut down periodically to get more product, due to high volume of sales. We do greatly appreciate Ur business and to anyone who's had a bad experience we do apologize! Pls feel free to give us another opportunity to meet Ur expectations :-D

Tastes fresh, delicious, and great customer service! Got my blizzard and it was exactly as I ordered and the women was extremely nice. Although it was slow service she did well for being the only one working! I would go again for sure

Worst ice cream cake we’ve had in decades. There was no fudge in the cake and the chocolate in the bottom was about 1/8th the size of the bottom and was orange instead of brown. We ended up throwing it away. If you’re looking for an ice cream cake I’d suggest picking up from another location.

Went for our annual Peanut Buster Parfait. Found the young men working very friendly and pleasant. I have to agree with another review that it looks abandoned. Weeds overgrown and getting rundown. Glad to have DQ in the neighborhood and will be back.

I'm trying to be a lot healthier so sometimes I jog 6k just to look at this Dairy Queen, I don't even go inside but it's motivation to strengthen my willpower. Overall this has been the best Dairy Queen I've ever seen.

Inside was extremely dirty as if there were no cleaning staff at all. Waited for an hour but no one showed up at the counter to take my order. Overall 0/10 experience.

Slushy machine was broken more often than not this past summer. Staff could be rude when they made a mistake. Doesn't look well maintained at all.Edit.It's been a year and while someone posted that it's under new management it's still the same.Slushy machine is still broken (over a year later) though they continue to advertise them.Find your ice cream elsewhere.
