Horrible service, customer service is equally bad. Internet is slow and I have experienced many blackout periods.I have been with this company for 5 yrs and I only recently asked for an upgrade on my internet that is very slow. They wanted to charge me 50$ only for the upgrade (I am not changing my modem or the internet type), first time I heard somethong like that!They told me that they would not waive the 50$ charge even if I am taking a more expensive plan... nice way to retain your clients.I will definetly be looking for a new provider.

Personally, never had any issues with the service i had over 5 years.Very small amount of outages, adsl2+ , is certainly not the best internet link you can have lol But i had a fair service what i have paid for.

Is the worst iirresponsible company ever, whit a incompetent and disrespectful people, i just don't bealive it, how they still exists as company, we make de contract for be connected today between 12:00 and 17:00 which is never happens, I call and all what they sais is the technic was here, oviusly he never been here, they make me loose a day of job, money and time I call to the technician to ask and I try to get a awnser he just said I'm Finnish my day is not my problem anymore and after he hang off. Just sucks !

Worst IPS ever. Been with them for 3 years. Terrible and rude customer service. We pay for 15 megabits (1875 kilobytes) and only get 6.4 megabits (800 kilobytes) its ridiculous. And in the last month our internet is even slower. In the process of changing ISP

I want to thank technician Gabriel for helping me configure my new modem. He was patient and tried to find what I might have been doing wrong and suggested specific steps to try and alternatives. I’m connected again! I am grateful.

Amazing service, I'm very glad with my 25mbps, unlimited, perfect for streaming and send heavy files for work.I had only one problem during the activation, but Jackie from the technical support fixed it... A Saturday afternoon ! She did a great job, no problem since. Great technical support.

I am a new customer with Radioactif and I am quite displeased so far with the customer service experience I have had. Of course I am only speaking about my experience and about one interaction with one of their customer service representatives. She was condescending in tone, was interjecting abruptly while I was trying to explain my situation rather than hearing me out, and refused to transfer me to tech support. I found her 'customer service' approach to be very out of line with what is typically valued as customer service. She was the extreme opposite of helpful and/or supportive.

They were indifferent to the fact that we we going to close our account with them. Upon expressing our dissatisfaction with their service, they were very prompt to trransfer us to the cancellation department. Stay away from this horrible company.

Have yet to have the internet installed but so far not impressed with the service.I called in on a Friday to schedule my activation date after putting through the order online. I was told Sept 1st (the date I had requested) was available and that they would need to charge my credit card for the modem and the activation fee in order to book the appointment for the technician to come to my place to hook everything up. Great, sounds good.Monday rolls around and I get a call saying that the service package I had requested is not available in my area so they I would need to go to the next lowest package. Fine. But now my appointment with my technician gets pushed to their next available date Sept 8.When asked why they couldnt keep my original appointment of Sept 1, they told me they werent sure if I would want the downgraded packaged so the time slot was given to someone else. But I was only called one time, on the Monday. And my credit card was charged on the Friday...promising me my slot.I work from home so am now basically going to have to sit in a coffee shop for 7 days because of this stupid mix up. They also did not seem to car AT ALL that I had been inconvenienced by this.
