Went here for my birthday and was skeptical to try out…certainly was not disappointed. Genuinely some of the best food I’ve had out, with everything shining in its own way. A personal favourite was the Nashville hot chicken, ribs, and tater tots. We as a family usually clear up any shareable platter so we had decided to buy more to cover us. We left with nearly half the food. Great portions for what you are paying. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was fun, will definitely be coming back.

Good BBQ, can't go wrong with brisket and pulled pork. The staff was nice and friendly. Get there early, they ran out of ribs when we arrived! Probably the best BBQ in Kitchener, so I'll be coming back again.

Fantastic and flavorful meat!I cannot believe the amount of meat you get on one plate when ordering here. It's also cooked and smoked to perfection, then smothered in their get down and dirty BBQ sauce (not the real name but it was insanely good).Service was also very nice and the atmosphere had a comfortable feel to it. I loved that the tables had extra homemade bbq sauces, hot sauce, and tons of knapkins/wet wipes. Really helps get all the flavors in and keep yourself clean after going all out on the ribs.I paid about $45 with tip for a huge tray of meat and 2 sides which gave me enough for 2 meals after bringing it home. Fantastic deal.I had to give it a 4/5 unfortunately because my food wasn't as hot as I thought it would be, it was about lukewarm coming to the table but it still really blew it out of the park in terms of the flavors.I'll definitely be back, thanks Lancaster Smokehouse!

Lancaster Smokehouse catered our wedding and boy, did they deliver!We very much enjoyed the food and service, and our guests did as well. Their BBQ sauces are fantastic and their chicken and pulled pork is phenomenal!We also had their late night taco bar at our wedding and it was a HUGE hit. Everyone loved it.Thank you so much to Neil and his team for delivering such amazing food for our wedding! We have absolutely no complaints and we would highly recommend Lancaster to any future couple looking for a wedding caterer!

Came here for my birthday dinner and it sure didn't disappoint! We devoured everything! (Video posted)Our server was amazing and so friendly!We ended up ordering the 4 meat platter and our favourite was the brisket and pulled pork it was so melt in your mouth! Huge order of fries!Would definitely recommend if you're looking to spend a little

Absolutely amazing food. Come hungry!! Big portions! The pulled pork sandwich was not dry at all and perfectly cooked! I highly recommend adding Cole slaw on top for $2 extra dollars. I also got the sweet potato fries and they were the best I've ever had! My husband had the wings Monday special and he also loved them! Food is very high quality. The service was great! Our server made sure our waters were always full and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Google Maps was funky routing us there. But, we found it. Sat on the patio. Our server was great! The person who brought the food slopped Gumbo all over one of the chairs and table. They set the gumbo down on the table and returned with a cloth to wipe the table and chair. Most of the gumbo ended up outside the bowl. They never offered to refill or replace the missing gumbo.Pulled pork, coleslaw, beans, sweet potato fries, and brisket were all fantastic!

This place is the place to go to when you want to buy one meal on Friday and eat it through the whole weekend! My boyfriend and I got the 4 meat platter (2 brisket, sausage and pulled pork) and it was amazing! Super delicious. We got it for lunch on Friday and ended up having left over a for two more meals each! The portion on the tots is crazy! The Mac and cheese was yummy but their Brussels sprouts honestly stole the show for me. Amazing. Little bit pricey but worth it honestly.

Serving sizes were... insanely huge. Coming from a mother chronically accused of always making too much food for dinner.My kids were impressed, which honestly impressed me first.My mom and many others raved about this place incessantly..Happy to report, it lives up to the hype - especially as lovingly mentioned in the Food in the Waterloo Region" Facebook group

First time to brisket restaurant. Order a Pulled Pork Sandwich with small Mac and Cheese. Which is good portion size for me since I don’t eat heavy. Overall, the sandwich was amazing, only sauce on top of it and not too sweet. Very messy to bites lol. Mac and cheese is good but would be better for oven bake. My family loves it too! Would come back for sure
