This company's communication is very good, however, if they really wanted business, they would be far more reasonable in their cost. $500.00 for travel time for a place that's 8 minutes from the original residence, with $299.00 an hour for minimum 3 hrs is ridiculous when it would take an hour to put items in the truck and 20 minutes to unload. And then there are extra costs. I don't think so. There are alternative company's for far less in Penticton.

Working with Wayne and his team is always a pleasure. As a professional organizer, I often work with movers when helping my clients with their moves, and working with Gentlemen Movers as always been a great experience. They are very professional, reliable, on time, efficient, hard working, fast, caring and most of all, they are real gentlemen! I highly recommend Gentlemen Movers to anyone who needs to hire movers.

I HIGHLY recommend them, especially considering I've seen nearly every moving company available around, and have also hired them myself.When I was an onsite property manager for a large apartment, Gentlemen's Movers were the ONLY moving company to request a key for the elevator, used appropriate door stoppers, left no damage to any of the walls or doors, were pleasant to other tenants, didn't smell like cigarettes, were clean and appropriately dressed, and most importantly (for a landlord) didn't overload the elevator rendering it inoperable.I have used them twice personally to move, and all my items were just as they were when they picked them up. They're wonderful.

I booked these guys 3 weeks in advance to our move. I phoned them the night before the move to discuss the details, at which time the owner initially “didn’t have me booked”, but then magically “found me on a different page” once I recalled our initial conversation. He confirmed with me that they would be there at 8am the next morning.The next morning, they didn’t show up. I tried calling at least six times between 8am and 11am. Sometimes it went straight to voicemail, sometimes it just rang and rang and rang. I never received any follow up courtesy phone calls or any communication whatsoever and they just left us high and dry. We had cleaners coming at a specific time, food sitting in boxes and coolers, and these guys not showing up really put a wrench into things and made a logistical nightmare.I’m not one to leave bad google reviews, but it’s important that people are aware of this.Luckily, Jade Line Movers was able to come rescue us later in the day.

we called on a Friday needing a new fridge delivered to our business in a time sensitive manner sometime before the following Tuesday. We initially just asked to have a fridge that we were going to purchase moved to our business noting the time sensitivity. They asked if we had bought a fridge yet and when we said we hadn't, they assured us they had a newer but used fridge to sell us instead for a good price that they could deliver on Monday with moving costs included. We agreed under the condition they send us pictures. They kept delaying on sending any pictures until the Monday before we needed the fridge, all the while assuring us it was a 3 year old fridge

Wayne, Sean, and Brandon gave me an excellent experience today with my move. They were early to the pick-up, prepared and organized with all the tools required for a difficult job ( Piano++ Move), and it was clear that Wayne had a wide amount of professional experience. The tools, truck, and workers were clean and I have no qualms about recommending them for any moving needs.

Our moving experience with Gentlemen Movers was nothing short of exceptional. Our moving dates changed a couple of times and Wayne was extremely accommodating and supportive. The move itself went off without a glitch and the movers were very respectful of our belongings and went out of their ways to help us any way they could. Would very highly recommend Gentlemen Movers to anyone!

Booked them for a small move. Didn’t show up on time and when called they said it would be an hour…..never did show up. Used this company a few times 2019 and earlier and service was fine. Possibly a change of ownership? Regardless so unprofessional.

We used Gentlemen Movers for our move from the Lower Mainland to Penticton in July of 2018. Wayne and his crew were great. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. This was a long distant move that required a 1 day delay before delivery. Wayne accommodated this unexpected delay by keeping our belongings in the truck and delivering them the next day without additional charge. We really appreciated his ability to be flexible and helpful with unexpected circumstances.
