Hampton Kitchens did my kitchen 4 years ago. I was so impressed with the quality and workmanship I just had them complete custom cabinets for my bedroom. I couldn’t be happier. Quality work quality product. Highly recommend them. Thank you Rob

I hired Hampton kitchens to design and build a custom basement kitchen. My kitchen as with any renovation had a few hiccups but in the end I ended up with a beautiful kitchen of my dreams. I had a custom color, floating shelves with under cabinet lighting, quartz counters and a farm house sink in my design. Price was Reasonable and was recommended by a friend who had her kitchen done by them.Cons:My measurements done by Bridget the first time were incorrect and unfortunately pushed my renovation a month later then originally agreed upon. When I sent my kitchen measurements to my contractor, my contractor noticed all the wrong measurements and warned me something was wrong.I tried calling Hampton Kitchens about X100 times to get ahold of Bridget to tell her this mistake (my electricians were coming the next day to install the outlets for my kitchen) but was unable to get ahold of her as she only works Monday. Which was never communicated to me that I only had support on Mondays. They gave me a discount on cost because I was first quoted on a bigger kitchen by Bridget then the one I received but no discount for the extra month of delay of my kitchen due to this women's huge mistake. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. Good thing this was not my main kitchen.Pros:Once I got ahold of someone in the company, Scott was amazing he came out and re-measured the space and confirmed that the measurements had to be redone. Which my kitchen had to be all re- cut as well.Once we had the CORRECT measurements, everything went very smooth.I got exactly what my design was.Amazing woodwork and I love the custom color. They even came back when I had a few complaints about a hinge not opening properly and a loose floating shelf.I am very happy with my finished product.Scott is an angel Hampton kitchens is lucky to have such a hardworking guy on their team.I warn you if you get Bridget to do your measurements or as your design specialist RUN. She never even did her final walk through of my kitchen, I had to do it. Very poor communication and a horrible representative for this company.

They took my vision and designed a kitchen better then I imagined. From design, to quality, to installation...I could have not asked for a better experience. I recommend Hampton Kitchens to anyone looking for good quality, reasonably priced and overall easy experience! Overall thanks to Bridget who's knowledge, experience, and constant communication made all decision making more easy.

The team at Hampton Kitchens did an amazing job providing us a dream kitchen in our new home 2 years ago. The design and attention to detail is second to none as friends and family always comment on the workmanship and overall look. This kitchen is timeless making it a focal point. Thanks to Eric, Kris, Scott and Chad for making this project fun ... we sincerely thank you all.
