Let me just say I’m writing this out of genuine appreciation and satisfaction for Jon Gold the sales rep I was dealing with and Houssen the finance manager.They were professional, punctual, honest, reliable and most important of all actually answered and reached back out to me on multiple occasions.These are the type of people you want to deal with when purchasing a vehicle.Will be back soon to pick up another one.

We went to Freedom Ford to look at a specific truck they had gotten in as a trade. We met with Jon who was great to deal with. He brought the truck up front and let us take it for a test drive. Once we decided to take the truck, Jon and Vinny (in finance) worked with us to find a payment that worked with our budget. Upon pickup, Jon was great at explaining all of the features to us.I would recommend both Jon and Vinny for their patience in making sure we had all of our questions answered. We appreciated it!

You cannot put a price on customer service and in our opinion Jon Gold has it. We recently purchased a used truck from Freedom Ford and, thanks to Jon, it was a pleasant experience. I just purchased a Ford F150 at Freedom Ford and I had an exceptional experience. Jon Gold did a great job of processing my order, talking me through my truck and explaining all of the features. Financing was quite simple with Justin. I've never purchased a vehicle in less than an hour. I'll add that hour includes Jon taking a good 30- 40 minutes to explain features and basic operation of the truck. This was hands down the best purchase experience ever for me. Recently purchased a used 2022 Bronco Badlands from Freedom Ford. It was coming in on a trade from an out-of-towner. Justin got me into a brand new loaner vehicle as quickly as he could so that I could have a reliable vehicle to drive in the meantime. Throughout the 8 week waiting period, they were very totally transparent and pleasant to deal with. When it finally came in, they went out of their way to make it look great and get me into it as fast as possible. Can’t thank Justin, Tony and Freedom Ford enough for finding me my dream car! Well worth the wait and overall, a great experience :)

Was struggling looking for a good used vehicle went to almost every dealership in edmonton and couldn't get help at any of them. Stumbled across Freedom ford stopped in and from the moment we got there to the moment we walked out with a vehicle the service was amazing. Alan, Mo and the sales manager Ken were absolutely amazing. I would recommend Freedom to anyone in the market for a vehicle they are spectacular.

So, i have been a loyal repeat customer of this dealer for many years. I bought a used vehicle there, as well as 2 or 3 new ones in the last few years. I have also sent many referrals to freedom. I only service my vehicles at this dealer, They have never been inside another garage than Freedom Ford.But lately, in the last 12 to 18 months i feel a great change in the way Freedom conducts business. This dealership is driving me absolutely crazy with phone calls. They want my truck back on trade but i have zero desire to upgrade. Every single week, at least once or twice, I am getting calls from pushy and arrogant salespeople who don't want to take no for an answer. To the point where i have to get angry and tell them all to F off, and i shouldn't have to stress myself to that point after i have already said i am not interested. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from the call list, but nope, they still call. This has definitely moved into harassment territory.i feel as if being a loyal customer to this dealer means absolutely nothing. I highly doubt i will ever choose to conduct business here ever again.

I like to shop around and do tons of research. I narrowed it down to four vehicles rav, escape, bolt ⚡, and Kona for hybrids. Yes the Chevy bolt, was all electric, but i wanted to include it. After testing all of them, I really thought the Escape had the looks, best value, very roomy, and amazing range at 2.2km per 100km. I went to a couple of ford dealerships around Edmonton and found by far the least pressure to purchase was here. Jon gold, was the person i dealt with and he was very patient,explaining the different options available, price and what options help keep the vehicle's retail value. Compared to the other dealerships, the service and price was unmatched or wouldnt give me a accurate price unless i was willing to purchase on the spot, which i did not like. In finance Vinny, spent over 2 hours with me explaining different options, rates and terms all tailored to how long i wanted to keep vehicle. From here he explained what he recommends to add for protection and warranty. Absolute great experience from start to finish. 100 recommended! Best dealership in Edmonton
