Decent pricing, decent selection. Fantastic staff, very helpful and knowledgeable.

My business partner and I are just getting into designing and constructing leather garment pieces. We are the types of women who over research and watch videos etc but needed to start getting our feet wet and working with leather and the tools. Our first trip to Tandy had us nervous. The interaction with the woman was not terrific and felt abrasive at best. We understood it was a Friday but we both left feeling unsettled and unhappy. A few days later we returned to pick up a couple things and had an EXTRAORDINARY experience with Anthony. He answered all our questions, gave us demos of things we were looking at and even tips and tricks and because of that experience, we'll continue to shop there. I'm grateful we gave it a second chance

Tandy is a great place and the staff really know there stuff and are very nice and helpful. The store is layed out really well and makes shopping for things easy. O recommend this store to any novice or experienced leather creator!

I had a great experience today at Tandy Leather- Scott was exceptionally helpful with not only finding what I required for one of my projects but offered a lot of advice on how to correct a few trouble issues I've been having. It's customer service like this that turns customers into repeat customers.

Love the store and the staff. Always look forward to a trip to Tandy and probably spend too much time up and down the aisles. Lots of product, good quality, organized well, and clean. As a beginner leatherworker I rely on the help from the knowledgeable staff, they are ready to assist and pleasant to deal with.The store changed the pricing structure since the last time I was in. Perhaps they had the small time hobbyist in mind instead of the higher volume worker when they made this change. Or just simplifying things. Either way I believe it is a positive change, and I was happy to see it.I have to mention! I arrived at the store this morning 15 minutes before they opened and was more than content to wait until it opened. The gentleman noticed I was waiting in the parking lot and opened up the store early. Just made my day! This is how customer service is done.Thanks Tandy.

I was looking for a buckle to make luggage straps for laser cut luggage tags I had a request for. They have very knowledgeable staff with great recommendations. I was able to find everything I needed... and more. I only wish you could buy smaller quantities of certain items (like rivets) otherwise will definitely shop here again as they had everything I was looking for and all the peices needed in the same colors that were required to complete my project.

Love the people who work here! Not once was I made to feel stupid cause I’m getting into a new hobby. They were all so kind and patient and even explained to me how to use the tools I needed. Your staff are amazing and you can tell they love working there. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get into leather working!

Went there to purchase supplies and ended up staying to finish a leather bag project I was working on.Also saw a section of leather that I just might return to buy for my next bag project.I always enjoy talking with the friendly and knowledgeable staff here.
