I always thought writing a review for a fast food place was ridiculous but I guess the joke is on me now. I hadn’t eaten in two days due to stress and life and I thought I should treat myself with Dairy Queen, and I ordered a plain chicken sandwhich. I asked the worker at the drive through if it was plain and they said yes, but when I came home it had mayo on it and it was too late to do anything about it. I have texture issues and struggle with food and I’m just genuinely sad that my order was incorrect and I wasted money, especially in a time when things are so expensive. Idk I’m hungry and disappointed and sad and I know my review won’t fix it. 2 stars cause the food is usually good but this was a big screw up imo since I asked if it was plain

We bought a cake from this location and had 2 huge long strands of hair in the cake. When we called to let them know they argued with me, and said that if I didn’t have the cake to return that they won’t replace it, the hair was found in the last 2 pieces…so there wasn’t any cake to return. Disgusting paying 35$ for a cake for a birthday only to have it ruined by someone’s gross piece of long hair. Will never be going back to this location and probably never having Dairy Queen again. Horrible customer service

It's my first time in Dairy Queen which has burgers fries and other stuff for dinner or lunch. Definitely I was surprised and I was surprised in a good way! Burgers and fries had a wonderful taste compared to other fast food places. And the ice cream was as good as usual.

This location is always consistent with good service. I always order the peanut buster parfait with pecans and it's usually good. Occasionally they don't serve enough toppings like fudge and peanuts but 80% of the time it's the way it should be or better. It really depends on who is making it I suppose. The restaurant is usually clean. I've never seen tables that are dirty. The staff is usually quite friendly.

I go to this location pretty often, and have been very disappointed. The staff has been very slow, even when I'm the only one in line. I watched as the staff members chatted with each other and took their time to complete orders, rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, the blizzard that I ordered was not blended well at all. Half of the blizzard was melting ice cream and the lack of oreo bits was disappointing. Other locations are much better at making blizzards.

I ordered an blizzard and it was not even mixed properly. Got all the mix right at the top and bottom was like having a frosty from Wendy’s. They didn’t even flip which I should’ve argued but if I’m gonna pay out more then 3.00 I should have reasonable tasting blizzard or just drove to Wendy’s and got a 1.00 frosty for more then what I got. Mind you the lady wasn’t really friendly.

I ordered a ice cream cone i noticed the the same server give to the people in their hands why she didn't and place it on the counter like i was some rabies dog and the counter has more germs than my had and even i could grab it without touching anyone

Asked for a fudge sundae with peanuts added and got this. Even confirmed at the drive thru window. The tiniest strip of fudge, no peanuts (which I was willing to pay for), and just the saddest looking sundae. Waste of time and money.

I would give 0 stars— the portions are so small for expensive ice cream this is an absolute rip off! Owners are so cheap I would never come to this Dairy Queen again! Their employees need proper customer service training, they have so much attitude!
