I was devastated by the loss of both my father and grandmother in a few short weeks and as an only child was left to deal with clearing both a home and an apartment. Thanks to the recommendation of a friend I contacted Estate Concierge and met Caroline, who quite honestly saved my mental health and made dealing with this large responsibility so much easier. Caroline is amazing - took the wheel and took care of everything for me. I do not know what I would have done without her (and Mike!). The house and apartment were cleared and cleaned and ready to put up for sale in a timely fashion. For my grandmothers apartment they painted, and redid the flooring and baseboards and it looked AMAZING! Kind, professional, responsive, patient, shared a few laughs - they were everything I needed. Despite the difficulty of losing loved ones, they were a bright spot and I couldn't recommend them more. Thank you Caroline & Mike - hope to stay in touch!

Caroline was absolutely amazing. I reached out overwhelmed at the job ahead when I lost my father. As his only child and estate trustee, I was not sure where to start. Caroline walked me through the process and kept me informed as soon as things came up. The job turned out to be bigger than planned and she gave me a heads up and showed me progress pictures throughout. We celebrated the end result together. A beautiful home that sold the day it was listed! The sensitivity and care Caroline showed was so appreciated. I could not have gotten through the estate sale without her and her amazing team.

I can't recommend Caroline enough. My mother passed away and I don't live in Oakville however I was able to connect with Caroline and she took care of clearing the entire estate for me. She was kind, compassionate, considerate, communicative, clear and quick. Her communication was clear and quick and kind and I looked forward to hearing how the progress was going. She cleared a very-packed 2 bedroom condo quickly and beautifully and I strongly recommend her services. You will NOT regret it!

Estate Concierge recently help me and my siblings through the last part of dealing with parents' belongings, including packing and arranging deliveries across Ontario and as far away as the UK. Mike and Caroline are super to work with, are caring and conscientious and extremely helpful. Caroline and Mike made the whole estate process seamless! They cleaned, renovated, repaired, sold, moved, and donated an entire lifetimes worth of items. No request was off limits and their customizable services made life so much easier. They will work on every detail and were super flexible. We will be contacting them for future moving and downsizing now. Nothing can replace our families loss but Estate Concierge certainly made the transition back to normal easier.

When my great aunt needed to downsize her home this year, Estate Concierge was there to make the whole process easier. Caroline took the time to help my great aunt organize which items she wanted to keep for her new home, and which ones she was ready to part with. Within months of our move to the west coast, my mother passed away in Burlington. Not only was I overwhelmed emotionally, looking after her estate created an enormous amount of stress. Estate Concierge is my number one choice to recommend when it comes packing up a lifetime of memories. We always felt like Caroline and her team were people we could trust with our family’s home. Mom got ill in July and from the moment we arrived from Calgary, we knew Mom would not be returning to her home after 40+ years of making a life there. We checked out a few other clean up services but they seemed to be more interested in the money they would make off of us, not our family or the emotional turmoil we were in.
