Purolator
Purolator shop is not the easiest place to find if you are picking up your package. The Purolator sign is on the corner of the highway but not on the road that says it's on. If you don't know where the Purolator is then you will have a tough time finding it

They have never delivered a package to me correctly. Once again its on the wrong truck even though last time I went there and they had it, try no truck. nothing but lies and now their local number is long distance

BE AWARE!Always get/demand a return receipt for your Amazon returns. The staff where will refuse to provide a return receipt, steal your item and deny the package was ever handed to their depot. There is Zero accountability for lost or stolen items by staff or corporate.

Ordered Parts that was coming from Toronto, One out of two pieces was on a separate truck. I went to the Depo in Sault Saint Marie in the off chance it was there. It wasn't, however Sharon Said she would call me the minute it was sent out for delivery. She followed through! She called me this morning saying it was out for delivery.Amazing service from Sharon!!! Thank you.

Wanted to give a shout out to all the drivers out of Sault Ste. Marie Ontario. We live in a rural area about 35 minutes east of the Sault and all the drivers drive either the speed limit or below the speed limit. A number of residents on our road walk or bike everyday and they are always so cautious on the curves and corners and watch out for us. Always friendly and courteous. Thanks

Does this company even care about its customers? One of the worse delivering providers out there, if you think your package is coming in on time, better wait at least 2 weeks before it actually comes in. Trying to track your package? Oh wait that doesn’t even work either considering I ordered something a week ago and I can’t even see where the package is because it’s “not available”. Such a joke of a company I’m done ordering anything through Puralator. Hope many people see this and realize how terrible their service is, they should be a shame of themselves.
