Ordered materials twice at this location. Asked for morning delivery. On the day of delivery - called and confirmed that delivery will be in the morning. Was told that my materials are already loaded and are on the way. So I proceed and opened the roof. At noon I call the location and find out that my materials are not even loaded onto the truck yet. This happened BOTH times. Also just one person working at the mississauga location is just ridiculous. One person doing the cash and warehouse work.... Is just ridiculous. This is a complaint to the managers.

I had an order delivered to my company today the service I got from my sales rep to the delivery driver was excellent. I am so happy. This helps my company look good with our project manager and the driver Chris was knowledgeable and super friendly. He drives truck 32. I would highly recommend Gibson to anyone in my industry. Great service everyone. You have earned a new permanent client.
