I came to subway, the guy was brooming, he didn’t even wash his hands. He put on gloves and made my food, he touched the gloves with his dirty hands

Been here three times in the last little while. 2/3 times the sandwiches have been fine. Most recently the girl threw my sandwich together as if she was mad at the bread. The thing was falling apart as she wrapped it. Unwrapping it at work looked like a sandwich massacre.All three times, the staff has been unpleasant, short, and seemingly angry at the customers for coming in to give them money for the product they are selling.

The store manager/franchisee needs to consider hiring additional staff during their peak hours. It took 30 minutes to place an order and receive our food today - the only staff member was handling a long line up, and multiple orders that came in through Food Delivery apps. Watched two customers leave during the long wait as well.

Came here recently and ordered a chicken bacon ranch 12 inch sub I hadn’t had subway in a few years.It was a good sub, perhaps a little dry even though I got chipotle and ranch sauce.Location was very clean and the woman behind the counter taking my order and making my sub was very very nice.100% would come back here!

Hello,Extremely poor service at the Subway on Taunton and Ravenscroft today at 10pm. Lazy brown man (overweight) always tells me to wait 5-10 minutes in an empty store yet again, even though I emphasized that I am in a bit of a rush. No other employees present, imagine had there been a line of customers. He stated he was going to get supplies from the back, however the area was fully stocked with food. This is completely unacceptable as a regular paying customer at this restaurant for over 10 years. Very disappointing.

I just want to thank the girl who works here, I came in with my nephew and he wouldn’t stop screaming at the top of his lungs. She didn’t make me feel worse than I already did with a toddler having a screaming fit. It was so embarrassing but she didn’t even make me feel bad.

I was hired blindly through my resume and worked one shift where i was made to do all cleaning duties . The manager spoke on the bosses behalf towards me and apparently my appearance was of issue (tattoos etc) what i was told. and i was told i would get a call back after handing in all my direct deposit info etc . I worked for subway for 2 years as a teenager previous to tattoos or piercings. I went in yesterday to the location i was hired at and there was 2 young indian females as new hires being trained by the indian lady i was put on my first shift with . i was told that the location was not busy and that was the reason for me not being called back .and that maybe they would be busyier in the summer . I called the resturant multiple times to try and get an answer the manager just brushed me off saying she was making a schedule up until yesterday evening.

Nice sub take out or eat in. Quick, friendly service and clean location with nice decor. Very nice self serve drink machine which can make all sorts of nice soft drinks like cherry cola etc. Good place to stop by to grab a sandwich.

Place was fine before. On two occasions this past week, person working unfriendly, kind of just seemed mad and than had the audacity to mention there was a top option. When he got nothing, his attitude got even worse.Second occasion, same gentleman and another lady working were poking fun at another customer because of a question he asked. Gentleman said something in his native language, lady turns around, looks at the gentleman, says something in response and they start laughing.
