Will never go there again for propane. They only had 1 worker on a Saturday! The guy was overwhelmed with serving customers and refused to fill up our propane tank. Why would they only have 1 person on a Saturday during tourist season?? And we're locals. Shell, you can do better than that. We went to Esso and got service there without a problem.

Called this place to ask the current price of regular fuel. The response was “I don’t know bro. you can find it on google or something”. Real smart bunch here

This is one of the best gas stations in all the area! I always stop here because of the friendly helpful employees! I appreciate the amazing service! Also they have a top notch car wash and spray booth!

This station is prepay before you fuel. The machine was not working at 2 of the pumps and would not accept my card. Nothing to indicate the defect on the pump. Many frustrated people trying to fuel. Went to use the restroom. This is hands down the most disgusting washroom I have ever seen. Absolutely filthy and obviously had not been cleaned for a long time. Almost unusable. Went to the counter to make a purchase where there were three clerks. One was serving a customer and the other two just standing around. After waiting 5 minutes, one of the other clerks finally served me at the other register. She was very rude and gave short replies during my purchase. After being informed of the horrible conditions in her washroom she did not respond and acted like she didn't care. Awful customer service. Would not reccomend using this service station.

**UPDATE:On my return drive home through Bancroft I again stopped for gas at this Shell station, The condition of the washroom was greatly improved! New garbage container, freshly painted white door, nice clean sink and toilet and no overpowering urine smell. Thanks so much!!**ORIGINAL POST:The washroom was dirty and reeked of urine (even with my mask on). There were two empty liquid soap dispensers helter skelter sitting on the sink.Not a good experience at all!!

Station had several pumps and is located at a traffic's light so you don't have to wait long before turning into the station especially when there's long lines of cars going or returning from the countryside.

Station has V-Power gas for marine use
