Prairie Pines Dental Centre Prince Albert

Amazing dentist for both adults and children. My son is autistic and actually looks forward to going there. They are very caring and extremely gentle. I have never felt an ounce of shame for the condition of my teeth and they make sure you are comfortable all the way through. I have never had a dentist be so gentle with me. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone who needs a new dentist!!

We have went to Prairie Pines Dental Centre for a year now and we couldn't recommend them enough. The staff are welcoming, kind and make you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. Thank you to the receptionist, Shayla and Chris for an awesome experience!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the receptionist, to the dental assistants, to the dentist, everyone has always been great. I have had routine work + an extraction, and had zero issues with anything. The clinic is very clean, and well kept. I was also very impressed how they keep in mind how much insurance you have, and that they direct bill! I'm super glad to have switched dentists.

Very friendly dental office. I was greeted right away by a friendly, efficient receptionist. There was no wait time. I was ushered in right on time. The dental assistant was very skilled. I especially liked that she explained what she was doing but didn't over explain. Dr. Birk is always fun. I enjoyed the laughs. My broken tooth is all fixed!! Great job.

They did an amazing & thorough job when I was getting a crown out on! My dentist explained every step of the procedure & was always checking in to be sure I was comfortable. Would recommend!

Fantastic dental office indeed!Everyone is very friendly, genuine and caring, I mean not only for your teeth but your feelings too. When I tell my kids that we're visiting the dentist and they are excited it says something.Not to mention the facility is very new and clean. There is a little toy room for kids, tv and magazine for adult and a playstation also.Definitely recommend!

I had to reschedule twice because of a situation with my step son, and the last one being sick I woke up crovid symptom's and I told her and she tells It's going to be 100$ to reschedule...Okay I'm just going to cancel...Okay sounds good. -Clicks- ...She hangs up on me... needless to say... I went with another office opposite side of them and they have two locations and I ask them about the rescheduling fee...Nope...they just ask 1-2hr notice if I were to cancel.And I asked another place it was one of my recommendation's... and they said no... why would there be during crovid... EXACTLYIf it weren't for the receptionist... I would HAVE given them 5 stars..
