I was surprised at the lack of customer service. I went through the Tim's drive-thru and ordered a bagel and two coffee. The lady handed me the bagel but it dropped to the ground. I thought they'd make me a new one.They insteadhad a worker come out and pick up the soaking wet bagel and handed it to me. I was so shocked. They failed on this one.

Really disappointed service. I believe the server was under training (hopefully he was). I have never had such a bad plant based burger. Too much sauce on it. I will never try it again

My secondary Tim’s when Roseberry is closed.They need to rinse their tea kettle better because I always get some weird flavour at this location

Food was good, they did forget to put tomatoes on my belt though and it did take awhile for us to be served bit it was quite busy!

I believe that the tims reward card is nolonger any good at any tims. I travel the province and have at least 15 scans and haven't received a free coffee in a long time. McDonald's has good coffee and collectable stickers
