It all depends on the cleaner you get. Some people do exceptional cleaning in time allocated but some make it worst.The latest cleaner scrubbed the microwave door and stove control panel with hard scrub which caused permanent damage to the appliance for which I have to pay the price. Also did not do even basic cleaning properly and we had to redo most of the stuff. Beware of this cleaner named Aleksey

Our first cleaner was not great, but we requested a different cleaner and have been very happy with them. They go above and beyond.Customer support is also very responsive compared to other companies that we have used in the past.

Cleaner is nice person, but service is poor-It takes him 5 hours to just clean the 3.5 bathroom and glass railings- like seriously nothing else just those 2-then expectation is that in 5 hours bathroom should be very clean , still not cleanI had cleaners before they took 4 hours to clean the whole house including bathrooms , glass , kitchen , vacuum and mop and sweep!So no it’s not worth! I gave this cleaner 2 chances !It’s like they want to take this long so then we pay more to get more done ! Very slow

I used Mopify once when we were moving out of our apartment. So easy to use, love the online booking aspect of it. We got most of our damage deposit back (less some that was definitely my fault lol). After a packing up all our junk the last thing we wanted to do was clean, so worth the cost! Now we are in our house and am pregnant! I’m too tired to be cleaning so we decided to hire Mopify to supplement. The relief of taking that off our plate was huge. Sooo worth it.

We have been using Mopify since October first bi-weekly then moved to weekly as we are enjoying the service. We have had a couple of different cleaners come through here and they have been professional and done a great job cleaning our house. They are efficient and the service has been quite affordable. Also, have to give kudos to the customer service team. Whenever I have had questions or needed help they have been super responsive and helpful.

It all depends on which cleaner you probably get, but unfortunately we didn't get one that was able to clean an empty house for a move out in 5 hours. If I had to do it, I definitely would have finished it. The house was already pretty clean -- she took about 2 hours cleaning the oven that wasn't even that bad. She did a detailed job cleaning it though...just wished she moved faster basically. In 5 hours, she got 1.75 bathrooms, the kitchen cabinets, the oven, an already pretty clean refrigerator, and a freezer done, that's it.

The cleaner was very professional, and kind to my very curious cat! And she got so much done in just over 2 hours and it was so clean, I was so impressed! Booking a time that worked for me was so easy and such a good price, I will definitely be rebooking!
