I've dealt with both Amanda and Tim on separate properties. Amanda was great, very professional and fair appraisal. Tim on the other hand, was ok. I'd go back to deal with Amanda but i would want to do business with Tim.

I would give a zero if I could. We had an appointment with Amanda Mills the owner & we came home 30 mins before our appointment only to find out she had illegally entered our house without us present & had already done the appraisal.The appraisal was not a thorough one as she didn't have access to 2 areas of the house. We will be contacting the BBB. Absolutely NOT professional or appropriate.Update: The appraisal was thrown out by the bank because it wasn't completed properly. We had to contact another company to have it done properly.

We recently had an appraisal done on our home in Victoria by Mills Appraisal Group. We welcomed the appraiser into our home and almost immediately the representative became argumentative, made a wild unsubstantiated statement and would/could not answer questions regarding how assessments for location or size of lots could effect the price. He became aggressive when we asked how the process worked with Mills. He was dressed like a homeless person, responded crudely and was one of the most unprofessional professionals(?) I had ever had the pleasure. I run a business where customer service is very important, so perhaps to Mills this is not an important part of the process in their business model? or perhaps they are unaware of the poor professional etiquette this employee was presenting during his inspection, either way, not happy with their service.

Reasonable price for a private house retrospective appaisal, quick turnaround, personable and friendly, what more could you ask for!

This is a great appraisal company! I find they are very responsive and fair on the value of properties. I recommend them all the time.

We agreed on 11am, then Amanda called back to push it to noon which was fine. She then showed up at 11am but we weren't home until a few minutes later. No hello, nothing other than she'd like to start with the inside. The banks should use someone with some people skills for the appraisal. Won't be using this company again.
