I have been taking my 2 dogs there for 6 months. They are always beautifully groomed. Love the set up in the salon. Owner Pierrette is very accommodating and ensures quality service.

First time going. With a dog that hasn't had much time put into her up keep. I now own, called them and they got right to it, cut my poor girls monster claws and are going to now be the place I deal with very nice ladies, care about your pet as if their own. Treated my nervous 186 pound dog with pure love and care. Next is the rest of the grooming can't wait to see how she does with the rest. Of you want a very caring crew to make your family pet look and feel great again. If really suggest looking into this place. If could 10 star it I would. Thank you very much for your service.

Brought our 3 year old Ragdoll cat in, hoping they could get her stubborn mats out. I was worried that it wouldn't go so well as she had never been groomed before but they treated her like a princess and everything went smoothly. They managed to get all the mats out, clipped her nails, and cleaned her ears. Highly recommend!

Always kind. Very understanding of what is to be done down too the specifics. Pricing is fair and as far as I know they do the best job in all of Greater Sudbury. Even ask are excessively maticulus family friend. She has been to a lot of places and this is the place she continues to go to and so do we because it really is worth the drive for us.

Owner is always so friendly and courteous. You can tell that she loves working with pets as she recognized my chocolate lab as soon as she laid eyes on him and we hadn't been there for nail clipping in over 1-1/2 years.
