An absolute gem of a person, Hao helped me immediately when I walked into his store on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend with a vague description of my car troubles. He finished up a car he was working on and got to work on my vehicle right away, reassuring me that everything would work out fine. I didn’t know what was wrong with it, other than a burning smell and some slipping brakes. Hao and his partner checked every tire and brake mechanism, test drove the car for me, and made sure everything was working fine. After ensuring that there was nothing wrong at all and it was just heavy use of the brakes during traffic, Hao wouldn’t even let me pay him for over a half hour of his time! I cannot believe the kindness and professionalism of this man. I am so grateful for his help and generosity. I don’t know what I would have done if he weren’t open, or didn’t have time to help me, or brushed my concerns off as silly. It was so unexpectedly kind of him to help me and then to refuse payment was really above and beyond. As an out of towner from New York, I could never expect such benevolent treatment in any shop. I was so touched and am so grateful. If I lived in Toronto I would ONLY go to this store. Please please PLEASE go to this business; you will be well taken care of!

Hao and his team are the exact type of easygoing, knowledgeable, and honest mechanics that we were looking for after recently moving to the Aurora Newmarket area.Our Nissans alternator broke down and unlike other shops he gave honest advice that it needs to be OEM and not aftermarket.Hao also brought us for test drive after a brake service and explained in detail our questions and care tips.

The owner is an honest and outspoken guy. He does not cheat you for things that your car does not need. I have been going to his place since last year and have been more than happy. I recommended him to some of my colleagues and they are happy with him as well.

OUTSTANDING!! Was from out of town and had a broken shock mount. They took me right away and found the part and I was in and out in an hour and amazed at the quality of service, professionalism and the cost was more than reasonable!I highly reccomend this shop!And this was on a Saturday morning, when most shops are closed for the weekend!Well done!
