I have given this internet provider a chance for a year now. When I originally called to set up service they sounded very knowledgeable and helpful. Took almost a month to set up the install because of a contract transition. Almost called it quits then when I kept getting a different reason the process isn't moving forward. When I started they asked what I used the internet for and calculated my speed accordingly. After multiple times of reassuring me the speed they were setting me up would be more than enough I had to switch my speed 3 TIMES!!!! Still having trouble with the internet speed and glitching. Every time I call I cannot get through to anyone in billing or support. You have to leave a message every time. I would not recommend.Update: After emailing twice and waiting on hold for 20 minutes multiple times and still not getting through to anyone I waited a few days and called again. Finally got someone on the phone! I stated why I was calling, to make changes to my service. Robin informed the they have already closed my account. When asked why I was not reached (as I requested in my email) to confirm I actually got through to someone, she had no answer. Terrible service all around. Don't be fooled by their upbeat attitude excited to get you started, as I was.

I have had it for probably 3 +years, the price still has not gone up a penny since sign up. It is still ATT connection, which for me is reliable in Holland Michigan. Keeps up with my uses, 2 tvs, wifi ect, gaming.
