Terrible customer service. It's no wonder you can't find a phone number to follow up. Ordered online didn't get what I ordered. Emailed customer service and they told me the problem was with my browser. After 6 plus emails they are still telling me it's my fault and I must have ordered the item incorrectly. If you order from this company take a screen shot of what you've ordered otherwise you'll have no recourse as customer service is inept. My ordeal with this company has been going on for months with no resolution ! Take a pass.

Experience working with CMC has been stellar. Product is exactly as described/ promised and turn around for orders is lightning fast. It's hard to find personable customer service and quality product these days but this local company nails it every time.

No stars. My husband and I spent almost $300 on signed April Wine Albums on February 23, almost 2 months ago. I have reached out several times and get 'run around' answers to pacify me. Fedex lost them, sorry you didn't get an email etc. They have not returned my last email asking to follow up that was sent April 6th, 11 days ago. Very disappointed !!!!
