Had a command start installed in our car. Their customer service was amazing. Not only did they do a great job on the car, they also fixed the one in our truck. They told me where I could find a new remote, even though the model was discontinued. They reprogrammed it and replaced the antenna. Only cost me $30 in total. They could have just suggested buying a whole new unit, but didn't.

Was looking for marine speakers on a Saturday, they were closed due to COVID. But Steve actually pulled up right before me. He opened up the store for me and helped me find what I was looking for! Top notch service will definitely send people your guy’s way!Thanks Steve

Unbelievable service! My girlfriend probably needed a new Fob for her vehicle as it wasn’t working and falling apart. She called audio warehouse and the lady answering the phone was so kind and professional. We showed up and the man who fixed our keys (John?) was the best! He found out the problem, glued the piece back together and only charged us for the battery.Would 100% recommend. Great people work here!

Recently had a big stereo upgrade done in my new mazda at Audio Warehouse. Everyone in the store had been great to talk with.Evan did an excellent job with the car and in helping me decide on a system. I felt comfortable leaving my baby there for a few days lol. He kept in contact with me about questions and ideas. Workmanship is excellent and he put extra time and effort into this. A clean install, and the design (without compromising sound OR space) to hide the slim subwoofers and amp was pretty brilliant I gotta say. And the pricing is unbeatable too (when I researched all of these new products Evan told me about i noticed this for sure).Most importantly, it sounds good, like it sounds real good lol, and it's all neatly hidden. I smile everytime I crank it up now haha, it's awesome. I can still put all of my stuff in the car like normal yet he installed 9 new speakers all around plus 2 hidden slim subwoofers, 2 amplifiers and bluetooth box, amp controller, wiring, sound deadening, custom enclosure nicely finished to match interior, and managed to keep the full size spare tire in the back and a hidden spot for tools! That was a lot of work to do and a lot of equipment to integrate into the car lol.If you're in the area and seriously thinking of any car audio upgrades, you can tell Evan knows his stuff and does excellent work and is great to deal with, especially higher end installs, he is into it. Car stereos can be tricky to make sound right, you don't always know what you'll get exactly. Thanks for everything. I remember my first car stereo 20 years ago at Audio Warehouse in Yorkton. I'm still just a novice and with todays technology and cars....So glad I went here. I expected to shop local and pay a fair price, but I actually saved $$$ having it professionally done.Also noticed good deals in store on tvs and surge protectors lol. I'll buy my other a/v gear here too, nice home equipment. I'll go here first for hq home stereo upgrade when the time comes

Went in asking for a specific Sony single din head unit (one of 2 places as a distributor on Sony website) and the worker started questioning me why I wanted it and implied that they wanted to upsell me to something else. Conversation ended with “yeah I actually don’t remember who our Sony distributor is sooo…” going to order direct from Sony instead

What a wonderful experience! I needed to fix my command start fob, so I called down to make sure this was the place to go. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and sweet and very helpful. She explained the difference between factory vs after market command start and gave me a ball park idea of what I may pay to replace my fob. When I arrived John helped me, he cleaned my fob, got me a new battery and screw and now it's just like new! Only cost me $6 for the battery!! This place is awesome, all of the staff I interacted with were so nice, and I was only in the shop for 10 minutes. I highly recommend, and will definitely be coming back!

Excellent customer service first time walking in and I would definitely recommend it. Hard workers and knowledgeable. Love my new record player not quite finished my setup but great deal and exactly what I was looking for!
