WORST customer service!!! This is not the first time it happened. Wrong product all the time. Made a report but no response from them for more than a week. They don't care!!!

The Charlottetown Prince Edward Island Kentucky Fired Chicken is a great and fantastic place to buy meals and the staff is friendly and helpful too

This evening we had excellent customer service from Theresa at the drive-thru. Cheerful, friendly, efficient, and helpful! She went above and beyond to make our short interaction very positive. Well done Theresa!

Well all I have to say is that I walked into this location. ...waited about 5 mins before anyone even said anything to us .Then first thing out of the workers mouth was at least 10 min wait till anyone takes my order.The reason I was given was short staffed .This happens way to often ...Pay ur workers more then you may have some staff to work or care about ur establishment.Will definitely be contacting ur head office .KFC was so good years ago but have declined on pei over the last decade.I must admit I wonder if the owners even care about the bad reviews that I see on here!!

Drive thru I appears to be open. But they are not taking orders from it. And are not taking them from their window either. You’re then forced to drive back onto university avenue. Drove away instead of stopping in.

Every time I eat here, I seem to be disappointed. Bought one of their meal deals. My chicken sandwich was pink and undercooked in the middle, which was very disappointing for a chicken restaurant, and I didn’t get everything that should’ve come with the meal. I seem to miss something from my mea each time I go, but the raw chicken officially turned me off from KFC.

I just finished my online order dinner.It's my most disporting experience of KFC.I order Burger dinner for 2 people. The burger meet is dry like stone. I'm still trying to figure out how flour paste can become so indestructible.We asked for more lettuce, they said OK. So We got 2 more pickles.I won't go there any more.

KFC HQ needs to send some ghost shoppers here. They can't want this place in their brand. The food is good IF you get it WHEN you get it. I can't think of another place in town where I give up waiting to place an order, and it happens here probably a quarter of the time. There's been time where they've been out of chicken even a couple of hours before close. Trying to get food here is a gamble I keep losing.
