Paul was great! We were not able to recover the data as I had hoped but Paul tried his best and communicated well at every step. Hopefully I won't need his help again but I will use PC1DataRecovery if I do!

Try as I might to convince myself that the blue screen of death was really just a bios hiccup.... It wasn't. Twice my hard drive was pronounced DOA, but fortunately the person at Comprenew pointed me in the direction of PC1. Within three days, PC1 had all my irreplaceable data on a thumb drive, answered all my questions about what caused the catastrophe in the first place, AND even provided me with a recommendation of a new laptop! Worth every penny!

Paul is good stuff!I can’t say my situation was a success story unfortunately, but sometimes that makes for a better review.My external hard drive backup with all my home, student, and business records failed. It was easy enough to drop off the equipment, the initial analysis cost me nothing. More importantly, Paul was very transparent about my chances of recovery (which weren’t good) in a nice way.He offered a Hail Mary option at a flexible price and kept me updated throughout via email. It didn’t work out in my favor this time, but I left the interaction feeling that we’d done all we could as quickly as we were able.If I have any other recovery issues, I’ll be sure to go back.
