Our experience with JCI customs was phenomenal from the getgo. We recently purchased a jeep wrangler, and wanted to install 20 inch spoke rims and tires. The guys found the the rims and tires we wanted almost immediately, and within a week we had our tires installed in our 2021 Jeep Wrangler. The customer service here is fantastic. We would definitely utilize them again for any tire and rims installation.

Great spot, honest & hard working young owner. I’ve taken my vehicles here on several occasions last minute. Always able to fit me in immediately.Whitby Audi wanted $360 for a new tire, I got the same one here for $240. Fixed a slow leak/ nail, $15 on the spot...just an easy owner to work with. I trust sending my wife & co-workers there!I don’t know what the “one star” reviewer is complaining about but I notice he has only one Google review under his belt, I have many.

Went to get wheels changed, great service, however they only have one garage so they do one car at a time (or at least for when I went).Just keep that in mind in terms of waiting.Aside from that it's great.

What Joe say is what you get, no over selling. Joe is always very, very upfront and honest with his work. He always go above and beyond to fit me in with any emergency work. His prices are also very competitive and very fair.. I trust Joe wholeheartedly with my vehicle and that's why I will never change mechanic shop as long as Joe is there.
