PAWS: Phil’s Animal Wellness Services LLC

I was new to the area and I needed to go out of town. I found PAWS and I am so happy I did. My cats are super shy and he works very hard to find them and try to make sure they are comfortable (and still in here). I feel very lucky to have found this service and he has “cat-sat” for me every time I have needed him, even when I could only give a couple of days notice.

Phil is a superb animal caretaker. He is professional, reliable, and communicates well. He sends updates with pictures, and I feel at ease knowing that my cat is well taken care of, while I am away. I highly recommend Phil’s Animal Wellness Services to look after your furry family members.

Phil is the best! He is one of the only people my very anxious old dog trusts. Phil communicates very well, always shares updates and photos, is consistent, and worked with me to tailor visits specifically to my dog's special needs. He has been a lifesaver!

My dogs loved their walks with Phil! He’s very responsive and friendly to owners, too :) My dogs go to daycare some days and we walk them ourselves of course, but some work days are very busy and that’s where Phil is a great person to work with. The dogs return happy and ready for another nap! Phil’s very easy to work with, scheduling and payment are easy too. Highly recommended!

Phil was my dog walker in Cleveland before he moved to Buffalo and I can’t recommend him more highly. When I went to work and knew that my dogs were in Phil’s care, I was completely at ease. Phil’s response time and review rating is what first attracted me to his services for dog walking, but I have to say the experience was so pleasant and stress free! Phil and his team are always friendly, they communicate well, and they sent a photo of the walk with my dog many times throughout the week! Phil is an outstanding professional and gifted with all animals. He took care of my grumpy, anxious, and periodically hostile cats for years, and I never felt worried about them when I traveled, even for long trips. The best part of his practice was his daily check-ins, complete with pictures and a quick comment about how they were doing. Some of the pictures of my grouchy cat are now legendary, and Phil took each hiss and baleful glare in stride. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Phil has been walking our dog, Luna, for a couple years. He is very dependable, professional and is very good with our dog and cat. You can tell he loves animals and enjoys his time with Luna. We appreciate the pictures and updates after his visits.He also has helped in a pinch a number of times when I’m unexpectedly stuck at work. Luna has extenuating medical issues that require many pills at specific times. Phil is very competent with administering medication and feeding.It has been a joy working with Phil after experiencing many other walkers prior to him. The majority were doing the job as a side gig while pursuing other interests. This is Phils business - he cares very deeply about it and his customers.
