My experience was not good with freedom carrier, But when I arrived at this location I met Jot employee he was soo good with me , Instantly I change my mind and transfer my carrier to Fido. Loved this guy , believe it or not he handled 6 people at a time . So much multitalented.

Very bad experience I activated Fido e sim 3 times they charged me 2 times 10 dollar + tax and the 3rd time I went to another fido store at 120 st 75 ave. They never charged me any for the same. I don’t know why they charged dollar 10 for customer. So I suggest to customer never go that store. Go another Fido store.

This is a great store. Close to home and convenient. Balvinder was great and helped me out with some deals. He was professional and kind. And the other sales guy, Taran, was also very helpful and have some advice on cell phone plans and when to upgrade. An awesome place to go if you want deals and new phones.

Excellent customer service? You bet. I was pretty impressed today when I had a relatively small request- new screen savers on my phone and my husband’.s the person who waited on me did a fantastic job in short order. He was friendly and efficient.I highly recommend this Fido location.

Jot gave us exceptional service today. He went above and beyond to help resolve our issue that has been going on for the last 2 months.he sold us a new tablet. He was very thorough making sure all information was relayed to us.
