I agree with people's opinion about this clinic. What happened to me yesterday was a scandal. I came for a prescription which I waited 2.5 hours for. Blonde lady, this is some kind of misunderstanding. Only when I shouted to a man passing in the corridor that he needed help. Only then did I receive the prescription after some time. I will not write what I felt and how I feel so far.

I can relate to all negative reviews, as I too had a poor experience here, even if I was happy with my doctor. The staff at reception have very poor manners, a condescending and rude attitude - I have never been talked to in such a way. Too unprofessional for me.

Dr. Krzysztof Rakowski is a fantastic family doctor. He cares and takes time to listen. It can be difficult to call but I leave a message and get a return call the same day. The staff have been great to me every time.

Will never pick up the phone. Leave a voicemail. Will never return the call. I think its a ghost clinic

The doctor is very good however the front staff are absolutely the worst, unwelcoming, unfriendly, unprofessional staff we've come across anywhere. Not suitable for any sort of interaction with anyone in the public.A family member recently had an appointment here and the experience with the front staff was awful.The manner in which the front staff interact with their patients is absolutely unacceptable in any setting, let alone a medical office.The one lady, short blonde hair, didn't get a name, was verbally abusive towards my family member. She wasn't doing her job at all, talking to other staff about unrelated non work items, while there was a lineup of patients waiting to be processed and seen. The blond lady, instead of asking politely to repeat a name, shot back in an aggressive tone maybe you shouldn't mumble when speaking to me" in polish.Something has to be done about this. I'm surprised anyone of them have held down a job for any amount of time acting in such a way.Plenty of reviews with similar negative experiences with the front staff. This is a great way to lose patients

Doctors are amazing and very professional however staff and receptionist are very ignorant and very irresponsible I call more then 10 times to book an appointment no one have the courtesy to call us back . Unless I go in in person and demand not to leave before seeing a doctor they don’t care I do hope the college of physicians and the ministry of health will audit this office and their ignorance. The doctors and nurses their don’t deserve to have receptionist like the one there now I do hope this message will be read soon and discipline those accordingly. Just in case I have a very good records and good evidence of their unprofessionalism .

My family doctor retired and I was referred to Millway Medical as my new family doctor office. The receptionists are all very friendly and efficient in scheduling appointments. The medical care provided by this office has been exceptional. Thank you Dr. Rakowski and Team!

This doctor has an ego bigger than the ocean. The receptionist and the doctor still live in communist Poland of 1970. Never experienced such rude behaviour. Don’t waste your time , your health and your stress ..

Very rude not professional receptionistDealing with sick , frustrated people should be more professional with empathy.Patients doesn’t come to see receptionist they come to see a doctor for help. But that lady at the front desk do whatever she can to make your your life Miserable.Obviously that person not supposed to work with peopleTo be clear doctors are amazing !!!Customer service at the front desk Terrible!!!

This clinic never pick up their phone!!! Specialist can never get through and their answering machines are full and you can't leave a message...My question is does anyone work there????? The office staff are creating a very bad reputation for the doctors....I would not be surprised if they are erasing messages
